Been a OnePlus customer for 6 years but made the mistake of buying a OnePlus Open.As with other OnePlus devices build quality is superb but the user experience is very poor.The device is glitchy and incredibly frustrating. Biggest bug bear is the edge of the small screen which is not sensitive at all and often needs pressing 5 or 6 times to get a response.All in all wouldn't recommend it at all and this will now likely be the last OnePlus devices I buy.
I bought a OnePlus 12 which arrived on Tuesday. Whilst setting up the phone I noticed a defect in the screen or a scratch beneath the screen protector. I have raised an RMA to return the phone for a replacement whilst logging a complaint. It is now Saturday and they have still not sent me a return label and keep asking me stupid questions to waste time. Service desk is now closed until Monday. I have stated I need this phone for my holiday on Thursday and they have wasted 3 days with poor service. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, AVOID!*Reply to Oneplus reply*What an awful, pointless reply. You are clearly not a customer-oriented company, the reviews and scores on this website prove that you are the opposite. Delete this reply, This is a lazy copy and paste that means nothing and has helped or resolved nothing. All this response has done is made me more angry. I haven't made any suggestions and you clearly aren't working hard or addressing reviews and concerns.I HAVE contacted customer service and I DO require further assistance and I am not getting it. OnePlus are refusing to send me a returns label for the faulty device they sent me, this has to be illegal."Have a lovely week (smiley face)" are you taking the p*ss? Bought a one plus fold in Nov 2023. In less than 3 months the screen has become defective developing a line across it, it has been returned and now sat with oneplus awaiting the part leaving me without a phone for weeks. They are refusing to refund me or provide me with an altenate phone. Avoid the company completely to save you the hassle
I've recently bought a OnePlus phone from their official website. I was recommended by a friend. In their commercial information page, they state that they provide a UK Charger for customers.I have not received the charger. When I contacted OP Support I was informed that they don't have in stock the said charger. I visit the charger page and they have 3 different chargers in stock and available to purchase.I confronted the Support team with such reality and photographic evidence and they reiterate that they don't have stock of such chargers.The issue could have been resolved if they had given me a voucher for the value of the charger so that I could have purchased it myself and made a new order.
I have been a loyal OnePlus customer since the 7 Pro and have always been impressed with the quality and performance of their devices. However, my recent experience with the OnePlus 12 has left me disappointed, and it pains me now to write this review.I preordered the OnePlus 12. Upon receiving the package, I immediately noticed that the factory seals were doubled, with the initial ones clearly ripped. Concerned about the integrity of the device, I promptly created a support ticket.Initially, the customer support team was responsive and understanding, granting me a replacement for the compromised unit. Unfortunately, I was out of town at the time and informed them that I would send the device back upon my return home -- I have flight tickets to prove it.However, when the time came to return the OnePlus 12, I encountered a frustrating and unexpected roadblock. The support agents, despite my evidence of the broken seals provided in the original ticket, refused to facilitate the return. This lack of consistency in their customer service left me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer.To add to the disappointment, the device itself exhibited quality control issues. The screen protector was noticeably misaligned, affecting the overall aesthetics and user experience. On top of that, the USB cable package inside the phone case was damaged.As someone who has recommended OnePlus to friends, colleagues, and social media followers based on my positive experiences with their earlier models, this encounter has shattered my confidence in the brand. I must state that this will be the last time I ever order or recommend OnePlus or their products to anyone.I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for OnePlus, urging them to revisit their quality control processes and enhance their customer support protocols to prevent loyal customers from experiencing such disappointments in the future.
OnePlus promises discounts to buyers of its phones for the purchase of earbuds. I bought a phone and OnePlus refuses to provide the earbud purchase discount. Either false advertising or outright lies by OnePlus. If they won't honor a $30 discount, imagine how well they'll fix problems with your phone or TV?In response to OnePlus, they've opened and closed a half dozen reports from me. Now, they say the discounts/free shipping are done by vouchers and they only allow one voucher per order. Their website promises a $30 savings on Buds 3, plus free shipping. But, each is a separate voucher. So, you can't get both. It's like they come up with a new excuse every step. All I want is the $30 savings and free shipping OnePlus promises to phone buyers. Why can't OnePlus live up to it's promises?
Just bought my first oneplus phone and it was from the australian webshop, bought a Nord 3 when i was ordering it they wanted an extra $50 for the aus wall plug (i did not buy it) it took six days to arrive, oppo and xiaomi took one day to deliver its items then when they gave a date as to when it was supposed to be delivered it was still in singapore the morning it was supposed to be delivered and of course when i opened the phone there was no soft case because in australia we are given the privilege of buy items that come for free in most other countries and really they couldn't include the little membership card that most other people get do better oneplus
I brought a Oneplus 12R Recently. I received it on 12th Feb. The video quality was bad. I called and the customer service said since its 16th Day it is out of the return window of 15 days. I am really shocked by the customer representative's response. His name was Daniel. I told him if I can speak to supervisor and he said you will get the same response. We cannot do anything about it.
The website I've encountered is the worst I've ever seen. For the past 10 days, I've been trying to purchase a OnePlus 12R using a coupon provided by the OnePlus service center as a replacement for my 9R mobile. However, I keep encountering errors when trying to use the coupon. Despite reaching out to the support team for help, they have not provided a proper solution to the issue. Every day, I call them, and every day, they give me the same response: to wait 24 to 48 hours for the issue to be resolved. Unfortunately, nothing has changed from their end.
