They didn't send me the earbuds i paid for and now they have yet to refund me. it has been 1 month + now.

False Claims, Scammers.

O.k. so I always wanted a oneplus phone and in 2022 I decided to purchase a OnePlus Nord CE 2 lite 5g as there official site claimed 2 x Android Updates 3years security. Phone came with Android 12 so obviously 2 updates would be Android 14. However My phone is still on Android 13 and when I contacted OnePlus, I was told my phone would not be getting android 14. So False advertising, Customers be scammed. So be aware of there false claims and when you show them there official page with there official lies the customer service people then panic and you hear nothing back. I almost upgraded to the 12r and I am glad I didn't just incase they don't honour there official adverts. Pixel here I come.

Phone GPS problem to Hours and Hours of wasted time

My phone's GPS went bad which is fine. Instead of helping once had to go to oneplus customer service, they mandated a factory reset which made the phone inoperable. Wasted hours of time on nonsense, they appear to prefer to waste your time doing silly factory resets with no hope of fixing a problem, versus getting to the point or suggesting a replacement.

Do not buy these garbage phones bought a one plus open had a line in the screen 4 days later they wanted me to send the phone back and be without a phone for 9 days they are a nightmare I wanted them to send my trade in back and they said yes now it's been a month they never sent it back and I still have a broken phone no one responds I have spent hours on the phone with them and sent email after email this company is the worst don't but this no name garbage

There is no way to describe how bad the experience is when you want to get any customer service from OnePlus. 1-star is too high a rating. Getting saddled with a OnePlus phone that has a defective part is a cruel and unusual punishment. Even under warranty, getting any service from OnePlus is an absolute torture. Otherwise, only divine intervention will result in anything resembling reasonable or fair. As a longtime user of OnePlus - from the days of the OnePlus One (when it was still a good buy) - my advice to everyone is that If your OnePlus breaks down, just throw it in the trash or give it to an enemy.

I will never buy anything until I've read about the brand here on Trustpilot. This brand is the worst, I would really need to recourse to very vulgar language to express how backwards the company and the staff is. The even operate illegally and what I mean by that is that they think they're above the law. There are laws forbidding certain behaviours as a business in regards to purchases and customer satisfaction. When a product is faulty. They are hypocrites, their products are underperforming and defective (many functions are distraught and fail and crash repetitively all day, to no end. I've had cheap smartphone knock-offs work better than their products, for under 200$. While they wildly promote a 30 day money back guarantee satisfaction they after wards pretend they are unaware and ask for screen grabs. Who in the world screen grabs everything? You see a deal you act upon it and that's all. I've never seen such poor service and such un-progressive behaviour from a brand. I should've bought this on amazon, they know how to treat people with respect and honour their engagements, and mostly respect the law. I'm only in my third week with a OnePlus N30 5g and it is total horseshiz. I've handled social media content for over 15 years and smartphone is my best friend. I know my way around and there a wide variety of solutions. I know a crappy product when I have one and I return it. I've been all around this phone, I've wasted hours and days to no avail using the right workarounds, still it doesn't obey me as do all others, loss of content, bugged out frozen apps unresponsive screen, etc... You name it, this phone is absolute crap and broken, does not perform at all. Clearly the product is badly created ans programmed, I know this, I've had other deceptive brands by the past but never with Samsung or LG. I considered Motorola to be the worst, but they're not even half as bad as OnePlus products. THIS COMPANY IS A BACK-ALLEY CRIMINAL AND WILL NOT RESPECT THE LAWS, YOUR RIGHTS OR ANYTHING ANY OF THE MOST BASIC BRANDS OUT THERE WILL ABIDE TO.

Worst customer service in existence

If I could give this company less than a 1 star I would. My husband wanted the new phone and even pre ordered it. It was suppose to be delivered today. USPS sent a message saying they could not deliver it due to no proper address. The address that the company had upon my husband placing the order! So now his phone is going all the way back. Return to sender! They said it would take 5-7 days just to get an update. But not one person could tell us HOW the address got messed up so we know it won't happen again when the warehouse sends it out again. We called and talk to 2 different people and they refused to answer the question!! If we could cancel our order we totally would. And after seeing all the reviews for customer service we already regret going with this company even if it's a good phone.

The worst mistake I made was moving to OnePLus

The worst mistake I made was moving from a top brand to OnePlus. Bought the very expensive OnePlus Open, a great looking phone and was excited to start using it. Did the setup and before I could even make 1 phone call the inner main screen had an issue. Returned the phone, which was a simple enough process and then complete radio silence.....no confirmation that the phone had been received back, so had to call in. then no updates on phone progess unless I send an email requesting an update. The phone has now been with them for over a month and i am still gettting the same responce.....waiting on spares! THE PHONE SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPLACED IMMEDIATELY!!!. Tried to speak to a manager, supervisor or something....NO ONE IS AVASILABLE! Only the poor customer service guy who cant do anything other than send you an email, so you can complain and then forward that on....what the heck is going on......is this some sort of micky mouse company? I would warn anyone looking to get a produce from them to be very careful. I regret the move!

Extremely poor customer service

I ordered a tablet from oneplus, having had a good experience with their phones. The tablet and keyboard accessory are fine, both work well.The issue I have was the "free gift" that came with the tablet. I opted for a folio case, not realising that the keyboard comes with a folio case. I have spent a month trying to get Oneplus to understand that I do not need two cases. They did not want to understand what I was saying, and it is only now that I have been able to return the redundant case.It should not take this period of time to resolve a simple matter. I am extremely disappointed in this shoddy service.I will not be buying from Oneplus again.Oneplus order E392401035300000251

I have been extremely happy with the OnePlus brand. OnePlus 12 are my 4th phone from this brand, and it continues to impress me with features, quality and design, it just works very well and at very reasonable prices. First time ever on a smartphone where i can have more than 2 full days of use on a single Charge.
