Awful company with no care or consideration for its customers. Purchased the OnePlus Buds 2z 6 months ago, not worked properly since I had them, not charging and battery life horrific. I returned them eventually; it took them two weeks to even look at them. Then after deciding they were faulty had the nerve to offer me a set of Nord Buds 2 as a replacement, these buds are selling on their website currently for £39, I paid £65 for my Buds 2z. They then offered me the One Plus Buds 2r IF i paid a further £105; bear in mind that these buds are in the sale on their website currently for £119. That meaning that if I paid the additional £105 + my original £65 i would actually be paying £21 more than they actually retail at full price on their website. An absolute disgrace. After being a OnePlus customer for 5 years, they won't be getting anymore of my custom.Edit: Still awaiting a refund from the shambles of a company. Apparently it was processed on the 1st of Feb, but they've advised that it may take up to 45 days for my bank to process?!?! Complete and utter joke of a company.
All calls incoming and outgoing stopped working - because Australia has shut down 3G and a mandatory to set Volte in your settings. I searched the net for months trying to fix it. I sort Oneplus Support and all they said was the phone came from China - but the settings info on the phone is Canada. They could not help me. I will Never buy a Oneplus phone again - Support is shocking and phone is Dodgy.
****** AVOID ******TOTAL AND UTTER SCAMMERS. NOT TO BE TRUSTED.***********************Took a half day off work for the release of the OnePlus 12 because I'd have a Oneplus phone in the past and it was good. The first 1000 customers supposedly got a £450 pair of B&O headphones and another free gift. They'd sent me a £50 off voucher and I was, as per their advert, entitled to 10% off.I'd also paid for their "Bonus Drop" entitling me to a free duffle bag...The day came, I watched the press release and immediately went to order. The B&O headphones option was ticked. My free gift were some earbuds, which were ticked. Then I came to add the vouchers...The £50 off voucher didnt work. The %10 off graduated voucher didnt work. The Bonus Drop voucher didnt work...I contacted customer services who said I would have to leave it with them, but I knew I'd miss out on the B&O headphones that way, so I thought I would go ahead and order and then have them sort the vouchers out after. So I placed my order...The order came through - no B&O headphones. I contacted them and they said "we're out of stock now" - but I had ordered when they were IN stock. When I took a look at the order screen now, the option to tick B&O headphones was now gone - so the fact I'd seen a screen with that tickbox on meant they must have been in stock when I was ordering...In short - ONE BIG SCAM...They stitched me up on the graduate discount. They stitched me up on the 50 voucher I had. They stitched me up on the B&O headphones. They stitched me up on the bonus drop I paid for.*****AVOID THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is absolutely abysmal*****I have now reported them to trading standards for the scam they are pulling. There was probably only a handful of pairs of headphones available and their staff had the rest. ******AVOID

They stitched me up for around about £650 of lost money and product, and their answer - a £10 voucher. This is the level of customer service they deal in, and they have the nerve to say they are "customer centric"********AVOID!*********
Had reason to contact customer service regarding an problem with a purchase. I have previously bought 4 phones ( all top models) and an expensive pair of earbuds direct from the company, however the attitude of the reply I got regarding my problem was very disappointing, especially as a long term loyal customer. It has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I will not buy the Oneplus 12 as planned and will revert back to Samsung. They are better phones anyway.
Awful awful and one more time awful. I really wish I checked OnePlus customer service reviews before purchasing the phone. Product is not bad at all but due to specific reasons needed to return it couple days after purchase. Returns website is not straightforward, promised times are nothing more but misleading. I needed to contact Customer service anyways. Managed to process with the return, no update on the case for 10 days after mobile returned (checked the tracking). Contacted customer service again but no update and today was informed that it will take even longer as the device wasn't even checked in. My advice is don't bother. Something wrong with the device and you're will have no support.
Four months ago I bought my "OnePlus 10 Pro 5G" for 929 euro. I have never ever seen a such crap in this price class (€1000 class). It's absolutely loaded & full of flaws and buggs. That adding of new word memory and yämy personal writing style memory is almost non-existing, speech-to-text is a less every single time toI use it. The touchscreen is horrible, over & over at times I have to push the same spot twice or even three times to make it react and do what you ask each to do. I get annoyed over the phone at least 5 times each day because the phone refuses to do what I command it to do. HASSELBLAD (said to be the world's best) camera in this model, however this camera is the worst I have ever seen in mobile phone in this price class. The only good thing I have to say about this phone is the material it's made of, Ultra High class, it's made of amazing material, looks & feels absolutely wonderful. The extremely Poor software with all buggs makes it a €300-350 class phone (MY OPINION 100%)If you want a Chinese phone then go for the HUAWEI they are absolutely super, and a lightning fast anything you do, the newest one Xiaomi are also very good phones (extremely luxurious and very high class software)My earlier phone'sSamsung Galaxy S22 (very good)HUAWEI Mate 50 Pro (very very good)HUAWEI P30HUAWEI Mate 20 Pro (best I ever had)
Ordered a OnePlus open and 3 weeks go by didn't arrive. Contacted customer service and they decided to open a case. The tracking website and OnePlus' website itself shows my order never got delivered. The customer rep said it says it's delivered on their end. In order to make a replacement, I have to fill out a form and file a police report. A police report for what?! IT NEVER CAME IN!
The phones really are great. The customer service is not. I had to get my screen repaired for a crack. The repair process was literally a nightmare. If I would have never reached out to them to check on the status, I would still be waiting to hear from them to get a shipping label. If you do end up needing to send your phone to them for a repair, you will need to contact them multiple times. You will have to explain to them multiple times that you have already shipped in your phone. You will need to be very precise with them. They do not share notes there so everytime you contact them, it will be like they don't know who you are, they will have no knowledge of any previous correspondence. But keep on them and eventually you will get maybe 1 helpful rep, who actually knows how to help you. Most of the time you get random responses like they didnt even read your information. I had to tell multiple agents multiple times how I've already shipped and paid for my repair. They would write back with stuff like "Please check your email for a repair quote" or "Please use the shipping label to ship your device to us for inspection." So yes, it really is this bad. I wrote to them how painful the process was and they give me a $20 off purchase promo code lol. They couldnt even send me like a free phone case. Or a $20 dollar refund. Also, their website "service tracker" is no use whatsoever. I've had my phone back for almost 2 weeks now and the service tracker shows "repair finished and ready for shipping".
