Going downhill fast...

I've ownd a OnePlus 6, 6T and still own a 7T. This was a company that produced good phones and has built a reputation on that. Unfortunately the latest and last update to the 7T is full of little bugs that are really annoying. Seems OnePlus has either dropped it's standards or the bugs are intentional so you upgrade. Either way OnePlus has lost my loyality.To be more exact about the problems with the update:- Often when making a call the screen will go black and unresponsive. Even pressing the power button dosen't wake it up. The call goes through, you just can't interact with the phone in any way. After about 10 or 15 seconds the phone seems to recover.- Battery life is considerably worse- Phone is always trying to unlock itself while in my pocket. Had to disable tap to wake to stop this as the battery wouldn't even last half a day otherwise.- Touch screen is less acurate. I mistype a lot more since the update.

Faulty TV, the company doesn't care

Bought one plus Y Series 43 inch TV online, it was faulty they took no action. Even after logging complaints every time it was the same answer need 7 days more.Worst customer service ever.

Can't get info from customer support

I've been trying to find a basic piece of information from the customer support. I've tried 4 times and they either stop responding or give me the same generic and useless response. I am disapointed, considering that I loved my previous phone from them.

One plus 2t 5g never again

Own the one plus 2t 5g, wanted to like it but it's been disappointment after disappointment. After data connection issues fixes and Bluetooth connection issues, it just continues deliver monthly failings. I regularly have to do restarts to get re connectivity. Phone answering issues, battery seepage or just keeps coming up with more issues. Worst phone iv owned.

Poor Customer service response

I purchased a OnePlus 10T 5G phone from One plus UK as previously I have had a One plus 5T which worked really well.My phone delivery was on the 30th of January 2023, the Phone was delivered with a broken seal, I immediately let Customer services know as I do not want to open the package given that it has been tampered with. I asked them to change the phone for a new one with the seal and case intact.Very unfortunate to say, the UK office has been unresponsive, just constantly asking to send photos of the box and saying this has been escalated, but I'm without a phone now as my old phone has packed in.Ridiculous that we have to wait in limbo with no resolution.Need to stop such companies from operating.

Awful Customer Service - Stolen my Phone and Money

Whilst OnePlus make the best phones I have ever used, they have the worst customer support I have experienced in my life.I bought a OnePlus 10 Pro, which arrived with a crack on the back panel. The phone worked amazingly, but I sent it for repair a while later. I was advised on Live Chat that repair would be free, and would take 5-7 days, and sent my phone off thinking everything would go smoothly.I did not hear a word - not one email, text or call - for 3 weeks. Only when I called to enquire, did I find out that the repair had not even begun, and they were waiting for a payment which nobody had notified me about. I paid for the repair - even though I should not have been made to pay for damage which took place before I got the brand-new phone - and was told I'd get updated in 24-48 hours.It has now been 9 weeks, and I am phoneless and out of pocket. OnePlus have stolen my phone and my money, with no foreseeable update as I keep getting replies saying "please be patient and wait". I have sought legal advice and escalated this case further, and nothing seems to phase these people - who are absolutely awful at customer service.Your OnePlus phone will work amazingly, but if there is so much as one issue, I guarantee you will have the worst experience of your life trying to sort it.Avoid this scam company.

Steer clear of this ramshackle company got a phone number that’s not recognised sign up to a 3 day free trial then if you forget to cancel which is what their hoping for they start charging £49.99 a month they are close to committing fraud I’ve contacted my bank to cancel money transaction,oneplus will not ring me telling me no outbound calls available,how convenient please don’t get caught with this shower they are praying you don’t cancel if you don’t believe me try ringing 01509 275678 this is what they are displaying as their phone number always comes up not been recognised STAND CLEAR OF THIS LOT

OnePlus Bud Pro (Battery Drainage Issue)

I have bought OnePlus Buds Pro (7.2.2022) a year ago. Unfortunately, the Airpods has been causing issues (Battery Draining) and as of now I am unable to use it. Therefore, considering the price range it is bought (i.e, 10,000 INR) it is expected to be more durable than it seems to be. Although after raising the concern from past 5-6 months, absolutely no help I got from the respective company considering all the above condition of it. This is very unexpected service from such reputed and known brand and will definitely rethink before choosing it again.

Absolute waste of time

Absolute waste of time! after numerous phone calls and emails, each time the operative promises to sort out the fact that they sent me the wrong item for my Oneplus 9 Pro, Still no way of returning the item for exchange or even a Refund as their Support promises everything but does not follow up, no replies to emails sent directly from their website. Avoid buying from them as if you have a problem it cannot be resolved.
