still situtaion is same worst product dont go for it..

still, the issue is the same again and again different agents connecting with you in WHATSAPP all want the case history again and again and they will give you 48 hours then no update then after 48 hours same sense less procedure started and give you 48 hours since more than 12 days I suffering no solution no updation disaster service due to their defective product I suffering and that one plus the product is we have for no use like dust. I am pissed very bad decision choosing one plus over another brand poor very very poor experience.

The worst company ever, avoid like the plague.

I've never used OnePlus before, but I ordered a phone early December intending to give it to my niece for Christmas. A week or so later I received a package which turned out to be an empty 'festive box' that lights up. Either OnePlus shipped the wrong package, or the courier delivered the wrong package or perhaps most likely, this is an example of what appears to be a growing problem whereby a courier worker intercepts valuable product and switches for cheap article. I reported immediately to OnePlus support but have had noting but deflection, ludicrous responses asking me to send a video of myself receiving the package or opening the package. Patronising response after patronising response failing to take any ownership or responsibility as the supplier.I would avoid like the plague One Plus, and would urge anyone to avoid the risk of the headache I've experienced. The worst company I've ever dealt with.

I hope I could give 0 stars.I recently purchased Oneplus Nord 2T Unlocked. But the device was having issues with the battery. So before christmas, I sent it to the service center. Firstly, Service center didn't update anything. Secondly, after multiple follow ups, I was getting answers from the team especially ETHAN MAXIMUS that higher teams will update. The case id is 230107008925.After that, the service team sent me an old device. While on chat I was told a new device is coming. It was unprofessional, unethical behavior of supervisors, team members and service team. When I sent back the device a second time, it reached immediately on the next day. But the service team again didn't update me. Ethan's supervisor for 2 months told me to wait for a higher team. There was no priority taken for the case. Plus no update. After I wrote reviews for SBE Ltd on the Trust pilot, first they said oneplus divide is okay. But after writing feedback and giving 1 star review. They finally agreed, the device has issues. I have attached all the screenshots for your reference. It has given me mental stress and upsetting. Its highly unprofessional and unethical behavior of colleagues, ethan and team members.So I request you to take action and get me a solution for the case.

Trade in bonus scam

Trade in bonus scam it seems. Used the trade in campaign on the OP app, offering an 100€ bonus to buy the 10 pro, on top of 60€ instant credit/discount, to be payed oftwr successfull sending of mu OP6, in mint condition. Never got the bonus, their reply was I already got the 60€. Shamefull, disonest company

lost my phone order in there warehouse

I order a phone from them on the 4th of Decemberthe phone was pick them packed in there warehouse then they lost my phone when it was waiting to be picked up from there warehouse. on the tracking in been stuck on "Sender preparing item" since the 5th Dec. and there customer support is useless .do not buy from them. I wish that I looked at the reviews before i purchased the phone.

Disappointments from one plus nord smart watch…

I purchased one plus nord smart watch it's pretty cool but a few disappointment features( it has amoled screen but where is always on feature, gps and customisable faces and one thing bluetooth calling is not needed) please add these features with a update if you can please 🙏🙏🙏🙏

SCAM! FRUAD

SCAM!FRAUD!BEWARE!Unprofessional customer service. Never Received any product. Contacted customer service more than 18 times in the last three weeks. Every time you contact they lie. I asked for many items, including the submitted MPS form. Even reported Police and submitted a police report. But these guys are purely SCAMMERS. They only take the money, never give a product, or do not give you money back. You only work with your credit card company if they give back. I am taking legal steps and working to expose these guys.
