One PLUS Fake customer service , Fake promises

Hi team, Details :Sreenath9746652132Req : 1IB8RFX6USSCThis is for all the One plus potential customers out there . This company is best for cheating its customers and making false promises . I send my device for simple display replacement . Now its been a nearly a month ,even after escalating the issue to higher officials ,nothing has improved . Even an engineer is not at all assigned for my device . While contacting executives , they ask me to wait for an infinite period of time .I have waited these many days believing very soon all would be okay .But its not happening . Now i think i have to move other ways to get my device back .

NEVER BUY ONEPLUS

Replaced a 5T (over 5 years old) with 10 Pro. Faulty from Day 1. Did everything except make phone calls on speakerphone. Advised a week after purchase and told "network fault". After 4 round trips to Vodafone and new SIM, ESTABLISHED NOT NETWORK FAULT. It was blatantly NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. Reluctantly returned phone for repair on 29th December.Despite 2 emails, supposed response 48 hrs - NO REPLY and around 10 phone calls, there is no update. I have upwards of 12 "Case numbers". Every time you ring you get a new one!I desperately need a reliable phone for medical reasons and the fact we are moving house.I now have NO PHONE. They received it back according to Royal Mail. I'm out of pocket to £750 plus and cannot afford to buy another phone. I keep ringing but get no joy. Most terrible experience and NO PHONE.

Don't expect a VAT receipt!

UPDATE: 9 months later and still not resolved - I never heard from them again!Most companies allow customers to download a VAT receipt against their orders for UK tax purposes, but OnePlus don't. Their help/support/community forums guide users to raise a support request for this.This process does not work!I've now spent three weeks raising/updating tickets - none of which has managed to achieve what should be a simple task.First ticket was closed 2-3 days later with no response other than "we assume you've resolved the matter"!Second ticket (that referenced the first), picked up and asked for a number of details (some private to my company). I supplied all the details I could - certainly enough for a VAT invoice and go no further replies.Third ticket (that referenced the second), picked up and escalated to another team, days later go a request to provide almost the same info I'd provided already on the second ticket. Responded with all the info and no response in 3 days.This should be easy, and it's so far been hard/impossible... so I'd avoid OnePlus for business purchases.

Issues with storage and terrible customer service

I have an issue with the storage on my OnePlus Nord 2. It keeps filling up showing the Other storage (within settings under storage) as using the whole 256 gig. I need to do a workaround every few days for the phone to clear out Other storage. I reported this to customer services including screenshots of the workaround and what happens seconds after to the storage. They refuse to respond to my actual query and just keep messing around with the ticketing system asking me to either send a new email or to respond to a different ticket number. The person who keeps responding to me with this is called Michael West. They seem to be incompetent at customer service, and using their own ticketing service. My issue is still not resolved. I've had the phone since March 2022 and it shouldn't have such an issue for a new phone

Decent phones but the trade-in is a…

My 3rd OnePlus but probably my last. Decent phones but the trade-in is a scam and replacement screens are a fortune so the cost of the phone is a false economy. Customer service is shocking.221211-005391 wouldn't let me accept the trade-in value, raised and bumper customer service for a response. No response, now they are sending phone back. Don't trust the trade inEdit following OnePlus Response: it was escalated and I had no response. I have requested an update twice and still no response, to what is a very simple fix. Separately I had an email telling me they were returning the phone so point re waiting escalation demonstrates that they do not have a clue what they are doing. This return request ref is 221224-004882 so there are now separate threads. They are clueless

So unprofesional i would even say froud company. They lost my device, telling me to report to police! Is not me who lost it! Ok i did report give them reference number and they keep talking around they need police report! Please train ur staff how reporti g to police look like, i pass all documents i received from police and atill awaiting for my device!

Absolutely horrendous return experience

Absolutely horrendous, avoid like the plague. Last time i'm ever buying a phone from them. Its a shame because I used to be a fan of OP. I've been trying to get in contact with person who could assist me with a return as UPS has lost the return package. Nothing to this day, my case has been ongoing for over 3 days and no matter what the reps will simply deflect and are useless. I've tried email, live chat, phone, nothing. all the same canned response about escalating my case There were so much contradictory information I got from different reps that it is frankly disgusting. I can't believe I'm going to be potentially liable for something through no fault of my own. I as a customer should not bare the burden and financial stress of a 3rd party (courier)'s mistakes.

This is the worst customer service I have ever seen I purchased 10T on Nov 22nd and asked for trade in. We are Dec 20tg and after 3 case IDs I still yet to receive my trade in shipping label they openly admit it's their system error but ask me to open a new case each time. Meanwhile the trade in value gets lower and lower with each request. There is no follow up. Except "how are we doing " survey. Well if customer service is reading this. YOU SUCK AS CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOUR TRADE IN IS A SCAM AND YOU ARE NOT AN HONEST COMPANY KEEP UP THIS AND YOU WILL LOOSE A LOT OF CUSTOMERS HOPE YOU READ THUS ,MR MRS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOPE YOUR SO CALLED HIGHER TEAM READS THIS TOO. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I BUY YOUR PHONE. YOU MIGHT HAVE A GOOD PRODUCT BUT YOU SUCK AT SERVICE. SHAME ON YOU
