Very worst experience with the after…

Very worst experience with the after sales service of OnePlus, I sent my mobile to the service center in Bangalore on January 19, 2023, they received it on January 21, 2023 due to "Green Line issue" on the screen, after an update, caused the loss by OnePlus itself, till date I have not received my mobile phone back, every time I call, they respond as it will take 5 days more, parts not available, we are waiting for the spare, just let me know kindly whether I will get my mobile phone, one of the worst and pathetic service of Oneplus. It was my mistake to send the mobile phone to the service center, believing that they will sort out the issue, but so sad to tell that, please never buy such waste products like OnePlus and their after sales services is just poor. Rating will minus 0.

Customer service are full of lies and…

Customer service are full of lies and fake promise's. Were call you back within the hour. No one called back during the whole day or even emailed. I'll try a different brand as this was before purchase. If anything were to go wrong when you have a product from them you may as well throw it away.Update they eventually responded however wanted to offer £10 😂 didn't bother

Absolute Joke

I received my new phone back in January 2022 and the camera has never worked properly from the beginning. I logged this with them (I think around April) and the conversation via email has been ongoing ever since. They have asked me to send my phone in for repair 3 times and every time it comes back with the same issues as before. After the first time of sending it in someone rang me to discuss an email I had sent in complaining, and she promised me that if I sent it in a second time and they still couldn't fix the issue, that I would then get a replacement. Every time I ask why I am still not being issued a replacement or refund I do not receive a reply to this question. I am just going round and round and round in circles being asked to provide the same examples of strange quality photos over and over and over and now they are denying that they have received these in the past. Absolute joke of a customer service department. I will not be buying a OnePlus phone ever again and would like the current faulty one to be replaced or refunded!!!** Edit to add that I have provided plenty of evidence that the camera is faulty but we keep going round in circles because I keep getting asked to provide examples of images and OnePlus either deny there is an issue with the photos in question or they say they never received certain examples (which they did and they have replied to the email they were attached to so I know they have received them) they just seem to be dragging it out as long as possible perhaps just trying to get me to give up on getting it resolved? I still haven't had an answer on why I haven't been issued the replacement phone I was promised.

I love one plus phones but there…

I love one plus phones but there customer care is letting them down. I bought 10pro with trade-in offer, but never got the shipping label from them to send my old phone back. I have email them, chat with them, also have called them and everytime they say its been escalated and I get response in 5 days but that never happens. Now I have paid almost £100 more for my phone as trade-in didnt happen, which I havent bought if the offer wasnt there.

Very bad repair service

Very bad repair service. I sent off my phone and didn't get a quote for around a month. I emailed them several times during this period but these led no where. After I finally receive my quote it came up at around 400 which was what I bought the phone for. I sent the phone in because it had a boot loop but they tried to also charge me for a screen replacement as mine had a few scratches. I requested the phone back and had a go at repairing it myself. They had told me it had a problem with the motherboard however they had not actually tested the motherboard as the screws had not been removed. After doing a bit of research I found that the first thing to do when trying to repair was do a physical inspection. After doing this I found a small rip in the ribbon cable for my rear flash. When I removed the flash this solved my problem. There was no problem with my motherboard. I have ordered a replacement flash for £5. I am very glad I didn't accept the £400 repair that OnePlus were offering.

One Plus Case ID: 230111-009483This is a response to your response in the below review.I sent your team a video of the cable and charger not working and they said they will replace both the cable and plug. They said go and buy the cable and plug from your website and then they will refund me. This is not how any company resolves a warranty claim. They just send the replacement, they don't ask the customer to buy and then they will refund. I don't trust this method either as I will then be chasing you for my refund if I did this. So tell your team they had Initially said they would replace the cable and plug so send me the new cable and plug and close the ticket. It's been over one month and this has not been resolved. So please check the case notes and instruct your team who it is escalated to, that they should stick by their word and honour there first resolution. I am very disappointed and I am also dissatisfied by how I am being treated just for a replacement cable and plug. Imagine if something went wrong with my phone, I will never get a resolution. So do the right thing OnePlus and send me my replacement cable and plug under the warranty which was valid when I made the claim. Or as mentioned this will be my last OnePlus device and back to Samsung I will go a f I will tell everyone I k ow and on social media about my bad experience with your customer service departments and how the warranty is just useless.

Dodge this company at any cost

I bought one plus smart television 50 inches led from amazon, the television worked fine for a year. Later, the display went all bad the screen flickered terribly. Luckily the display was still under warranty. However, they charged me almost 3000 rupees to fix the issue, while checking the rating i got to know that i was not the only one who faced this issue, their television was designed in such a way that it will go bad just after a year, you guys can check the reviews by yourselves. They first sent a technician who took pictures of the television and to check if their was a physical damage who took 800 rupees as a visiting. Later, the guy who came to replace the display took 2000 rupees as a service fees, can you believe it? If the display is under warranty why charge such huge amount as a service fee? Really pathetic experience and would not recommend this to anyone.

Garbage customer support

Garbage customer support. I have been sent a faulty oneplus 10pro 5g and sent it back for replacement straight away. After more than 30 days having sent it back, I am still waiting for a replacement/refund to be issued. Joke company.

Once an advocate, now a victim of shoddy practice

I'm a delighted 9pro owner so I ordered a 5ce for my daughter for Christmas on 8th December. I was sent a wooden box with no phone. I reported this immediately but am getting the runaround from the escalation team who get my name wrong, the complaint wrong and who are shirking responsibility for the non delivery. I have never met such appalling customer service. Do NOT buy from this dreadful company

I send my device for simple display replacement . Now its been a nearly a month ,even after escalating the issue to higher officials ,nothing has improved . Even an engineer is not at all assigned for my device . While contacting executives , they ask me to wait for an infinite period of time .I have waited these many days believing very soon all would be okay .But its not happening . Now i think i have to move other ways to get my device back .
