Ordered new phone and paid for express delivery. Four days later no sign of phone and no info/updates on their tracking links. Very poor service.Just received message saying they tried to deliver but no one was in. Total lies. I have been in all morning and no note left through letterbox to say they had been there.
Order a charger that never came (although they marked it as delivered). Customer service assured me they will re send another. After a week, they still ask me to wait for the old one, the agent keeps pasting scripted answers like a broken record.Probably wasted 50£ on a charger i will never see.Appalling.
I was a big fan of Oneplus but with the latest model 9 I just want to cry!I started with Oneplus 6 and I even bought my partner a Oneplus Nord. Last November I bought the Oneplus 9 256GB and this phone is just causing issues.First problem came in January, upgrading to android 12, my whole phone was unresponsive after the upgrade, so I had to downgrade the firmware to Android 11 via the Oneplus website.I have a 5G simcard which works fine in other phones, but when placing the sim in the Oneplus 9 no 5G is getting detected.I wish I have not upgraded my phone and now I cant return or get a refund anymore because I passed the 30 days of return.
OnePlus Crap Company! Pushes out an update to Android 12, which actually is positive, except OnePlus doesn't check it for faults, which leads to a ton of trouble!!! I did find workaround's for most problems, but when using Facebook, I can no longer download files, no matter what type, be it pdf, jpeg, xls and so on... The phone simply doesn't download 😡 upon contacting OnePlus (which isn't easy), I got useless advise (the supporter clearly didn't read my complain properly!) and tells me to use their forum, which is completely useless, as it is impossible to find answers to your problems (in my humble opinion) 😤👎😡 I never before paid as much as kr. 8.500,- for a mobile phone and even though the high paid price, I never experienced a company like OnePlus, which couldn't care less about their customers 🤬🤬🤬 sadly even 1 star is to much! I'm guessing, this was my first, only and last OnePlus phone! 👎👎👎
I broke everything on my phone literally everything I had no insurance and i think it was water damaged, but I got new (back camera, front facing camera, flashlight, screen, battery, front glass and back glass for free, thank you oneplus and Mcare Norway
I used my 6T for 1 year and 9 months without a major problem. Oftentimes, the GPS did not work (very aggravating), but it was intermittent so I could not ask OnePlus to troubleshoot.On October 2021, a day or two after the OS 11 rollout, I found out that I was not getting text messages (my customer could not reach me and as a result, I lost some income). I spent hours troubleshooting with the network carrier and OnePlus. After several weeks, I got a sense that OS 11 was the culprit. I talked to a rep who acknowledged that OS 11 glitch was the cause and several other reps who didn't know about the issue or denied that OS 11 is the cause. Even to this day, after OnePlus techs have acknowledged this as OS 11 glitch (that is, after six months from the start of the issue), some reps are trying to put the blame on the user.I had bought the 6T because of its features and price. Through this experience, I have learned that the sum that I saved is not worth the lost income, many hours that I have accumulated troubleshooting, and the aggravation talking to the reps. For the last two days, I have been trying to schedule a remote session, which an OnePlus rep suggested. And, it's been painful (the rep gave me a time range and when I picked a time, she didn't reply).The only other phone brand that I have used is Samsung Galaxy. I used several models for close to seven years. GPS worked well and no network issues. I am learning the hard way that I made a mistake.
