Can't believe the OnePlus 9 pro that cost me £900 came with such a DISAPPOINTING customer service. There is no way OnePlus can remain in Europe with such a horrible service. You are competing with Apple and Samsung and providing a third word service to your customers. I am making an official enquiry to UK government to inform them about such bad service. There are several coding issues causing errors which after almost a year hasn't been fixed. I have lost 160GB of data because the device forced me to reset to factory settings ( after a security error ). I have phoned the customer service and a gentleman from (probably Asia) said you had to backup your data otherwise we can't do anything. I told him that the whole reason I paid £200 extra for 256GB hard drive was not to upload my personal data on anywhere except my cell phone. The customer service is actually planned just to answer calls. There is NO resolution or help to solve your issue. No chance I'm going with OnePlus again. And no way they can continue on this market with such a horrible customer service.
A piece of cheap cr*p that got even worse after Android 12 update. My brand new OnePlus 8 Pro is full of bugs and very slow since the so called "update" to Android 12 / Oxygen 12. Cheeky support with bad attitude who tells me to contact google since Android is google.Dont buy this cheap Chinese cr*p!!! OnePlus aint OnePlus anymore. OnePlus nowadays is / has become Oppo and Oppo is cheap Aliexpress / Alibaba / Wish - cr*p 🤬
This is the second post on my One Plus Nine Phone.Cost £800 plus to replace a Huawei phone. Did it to get a better camera. The camera function albeit by Hasselblad is not as good as the Leica phone in the Huawei. But main issue is how unstable the operating system is. Requires constant reboots. Looses basic functionality....eg. having to go through lock screen to answer a phone call. Finger print recognition never lasts more than a day with out a reboot. Dreadful phone but too much invested to change.
I ordered a OnePlus 2T 5G several weeks ago, and despite being provided an ETA for delivery, which was this time last week, the phone along with the accessories I purchased never arrived. Since then I have received little to no information about when I can expect the package to arrive or why my package did not arrive. I have reached out to support on a number of occasions since, only to be told to wait several days on every occasion for some kind of confirmation email that I want the package resent. I never cancelled the order, so of course I would expect the order to be sent to me. Furthermore, it was like pulling teeth trying to get them to say the order was lost. While I have been an advocate for OnePlus for years, given I have used a OnePlus 5T for a long period, I cannot think of a worse customer experience than this one - as I have little to no confidence I will receive my package at all, and worry that OnePlus and their delivery provider will refuse to take responsibility, but rather point fingers at each other, and avoid taking any ownership of the issue or how poorly it has been handled. With this in mind I cannot advocate for OnePlus any longer, as I have never felt so out of the loop in relation to such an expensive order that has never shown up. Please learn to communicate proactively with customers when orders go missing.
What a terrible experience. They released the os update with a bug that disconnects the network. Wasn't able to use my phobe for over 6 weeks now. The support team it us a disgrace. Been chasing them for over 2 weeks to do a downgrade. Got in touch last night and my laptop eequired a restart. Do a restart they said then return to the call. While I restarted they changed to meeting link to something that didn't let me join it again. Have not managed to get a sign from them since. They simply dissapeared. What a terrible experience.
Tried contacting their customer support about a newly bought DAC (FiiO KA1) that the phone would not recognize, i proceeded to have the worst customer support experience of my life with what sounded like a teenager with absolutely no IT experience, at all.. just reading up from a script which ended at the conclusion that the accessory i bought has compatibility issues...If OnePlus is not capable of designing a phone without a jack output and make it compatible with external DACs... Well that's something alright...I'm never getting a OnePlus again and i would recommend anyone else the same!Horrible software, horrible phones and horrible service!
They'll scam you on a trade in offer saying that the phone you sent was "damaged" and try and make out that it is your fault. Then when you call to try and resolve this you'll not speak to anyone with a basic grasp of the English language just a low grade Indian call centre they are an absolute disgrace.
No customer service in the UK. The message on the phone says that they are open 9-3 GMT. They are not. Only customer service is online and it is totally useless. Three times I have downloaded updates for my OnePlus 9 and on all three occasions, my phone has stopped working properly. I am now going to buy an Iphone. At least they understand customer service. After seven years with OnePlus just lost me. Avoid this company and avoid its products. It has completely lost its way.
Dont buy their products, since OnePlus 5 everything gone downhill. My OnePlus 8 Pro is a complete disaster av and got even worser than before since last weeks av Android / Oxygen 12 update! I've always bought OnePlus products but should have stopped when i bought the useless OnePlus Buds wich have been sent 2 times to OnePlus repairshop and still doesent work! Dont. Buy. OnePlus. Products.
