I'm not satisfied ! My OnePlus wireless bluetooth headphones got repaired which has warranty, there is no OnePlus service center nearby , I gave it to the shop where I bought , they registered a online complaint to customer care, it's nearly one month , yet not get my headset ...It's my mistake I should not have bought that brand

For the most part, a satisfied customer

Guess I've been luckier than a lot of people posting here. For the most part, I'm satisfied with the OnePlus phones. I owned the OnePlus 6t for three years. At just about the three year mark, the camera started acting up. It would sometimes start, but other times I'd have to clear cache or data (or both). Sometimes it required a reboot as well to fix the problem. It wasn't the app, as I had the issue with two other camera apps. It would try to open, then display some error message. Other than that, it was a great phone for close to 3 years. And price-wise, you can't beat it (despite it being made in China). Why spend $800-$1000 for a smartphone when you can get very similar specs for $600????Because of the camera issue, I recently upgraded to the 8t. We'll see how that goes. Just can't shell out $900 for the new phone. When I've contacted OnePlus online (via their website), I never had issues there either.

Pi$$3d off is an understatement

Myself and my brother both purchased the new 10 pro recently. I ordered mine on Saturday the 9th and my bro ordered his on the 10th. He was told his would be delivered by the 12th and mine wouldn't arrive till the 22nd, he only used standard delivery and I used priority. Both the exact same phone. When I contacted the most incompetent customer service they first told me it is due to the location the phones are being delivered...... We live 20 minutes from one another. Every time I asked as to why orders were being processed ahead of mine, they dodged the question and said that delivery dates cannot be changed. I have had 5 OP phones and this will possibly be my last.

Avoid Nord 2

Having read the reviews I purchased the Nord 2. From day one there has been nothing but problems. I managed to drop the phone on soft ground on a walking holiday in the first week of having the phone. My fault but it seemed the screen seemed to smash very easily. I contacted local repair shops but no one has a replacement screen. Even 8 months on no one can still repair it unless I send it back to One Plus which cost well over £100 to repair. Even worse is that even though I am on O2 everywhere I go I struggle to get any signal. I’ve taken it into a local O2 shop and they are none the wiser as to why the reception is so poor. Like many others I didn’t receive my free gift when I purchased the phone and had to contact them for it.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I purchased the OP 8 Pro when it came out in 2020. Its still under warranty for another couple of weeks. Over the last year, I've had numerous issues with battery, touchscreen etc which were somewhat resolved by remote sessions. For the last few months, I have been having an issue where I'm not getting incoming calls.after restarting or putting the phone on airplane mode, I get the first call that comes through, then nothing. After going back and forth with customer care since February, testing out the sim on other phones and sending it in for repair (they sent it back within a day saying there's no issue),I still have no resolution. I've sent videos of the issue occuring on the OP phone and they're still not taking it seriously going back and forth asking for the same repeated information. I have some health conditions, and this issue has caused me to miss calls from my medical team, leading to complications. I have explained all of this to the multiple people on the mail chain but I still have no solution. I cannot keep following up on this as I have a baby due any day now. I feel like they are purposefully dragging this issue out until the warranty expires.

One star is too good

One star is too good. Tried multiple times to call UK Customer Services, each time it hangs up post automated voice directing you to correct department. The phone is the worse I have ever had. Steer clear!

Letdown.

It's truly bewildering that a software update can exclusively subtract from a devices usability. I had made my peace not being able to utilize the USB 3.0 port for anything but charging, but losing the capacity to manage my push notifications, widgets, and apps has pushed me from an optimistic consumer looking for the best bang for the buck to someone who has lost their reluctance to shell out for a phone with comparable specs form a more reputable company. The instability of applications I've been using since launch on a ONEPLUS 9 that I'm suffering now give me a sheer resentment that surpasses all that I've seen in the reputation of this brand.

Horrendous customer service

Well where do I start with customer service from one plus. Genuinely angry with how it's so obvious that they can't be bothered. Contacted regarding a phone I had bought ,yes it was second hand so wasn't expecting the red carpet service like u get from places when u buy direct from the sites but a little bit of help regarding one of there products would be nice . My issue was I was looking to find out why I wasn't getting 5g on the OnePlus 7 pro 5g version ,now I spoke to so many different agents regarding this as not one was able to give me any answers and most even told me there was no 5g version ,I even tried calling but got same issue of no help. What frustrated me was the fact that it is clear they are all just reading from a script as I got word for word the same response most of the time or just very automated bot like answers to which I even questioned if it was a real person I was speaking to. The lack of product knowledge aswell puts me at a concern the level of customer service you will receive. It is also clear that they do not properly read your messages as they keep asking questions to which I have already answered. When u message to put in complaints about all this it is even more clear that the person you are speaking to doesn't care one bit about your compalint as all we ever get is oh I've sent your feedback and it is now obvious that the feedback isnt doing much as just see all the bad reviews people have. I understand now after many attempts that's I cannot get the 5g due to my network as the 5g version only works on EE for some strange reason but if I was able to revieve that info from them in the beginning I may of been able to return the device. But now it's to late and I'm not out of pocket as I will have to look for another device as this one doesn't have all I was looking for when I purchased. This has to be one of the worst customer services from a company I have had in a long time

Awful customer service

Awful customer service and crappy headphones. Purchased OnePlus Type-C Bullets Earphones for my OnePlus Nord2 device from the OnePlus store.They sent me a faulty earphones, so I had to return it back. They refunded me only the device cost, but not the shipping one.I contacted them on web chat. They asked me to wait 24 hours until they resolve the case. And no responce after that.Why would they not make 3.5mm jack like normal devices? You have to buy their crappy Type C earphones or adapters.
