By far the worst experience I've had

By far the worst experience I've had with a company. I've been a OnePlus client for 6 years now. I bought a phone last week, when the package arrived home, it was already opened, someone stole the phone. I've sent numerous mail and chatting with people that can barely speak french as their help center is probably located somewhere in a 3rd world country. I have all the photos, I've even been to the police. I have photos of my package destroyed with ducktape on which is written "RETAPED AT 0532" that proves that the package has been obviously retaped, Yet i'm still waiting for OnePlus to do something...This is by far the most terrible client service i've ever talked with. I have the feeling I'll never get my phone. Some polish postman stole my phone, OnePlus isn't helping anyhow.I'm NEVER going to buy anything from OnePlus again

There's a known fault where the system…

There's a known fault where the system storage fills almost all the memory, making the phone barely useable. Just Google it. Customer service are being unhelpful and trying to fob me off. Shame. They used to make good phones.

Avoid! Customer service non existent!

While they have great phones, the service lets them down. More than happy to provide email correspondence to Trustpilot staff / reviewers in regards to the above for transparency.Arranged phone repair with them, details sent out, handset sent and subsequently received 30/11/2021. Have consistently contacted and been fobbed off, to the point I am now being ignored in regards to having paid for repair, and NOT having handset back.Absolutely standard cut and paste tepid responses from CUSTOMER service (note - customer ; that is who YOU work for), no consistency whatsoever. Very, very disappointing. Would wholeheartedly avoid buying OnePlus products, for the pure fact of the lack of service aide of things when it goes wrong!*EDIT IN REGARDS TO THEIR RESPONSEAgain, I have endlessly been through live chat and spoken to over a dozen foreign agents, again to no remedy. Absolutely laughable that I have emailed THREE times in regards to this with no response of late yet I receive a reply in Trustpilot within hours?! Disgraceful.

OnePlus 9 pro or not so pro

Bought the OnePlus 8 on the release date and I thought the phone was decent a change from the Samsung. So I bought the OnePlus 9 pro on the release date again and the experience with this phone has not been the best. It laggs when playing games, freezes time to time and the worst of all is the camera. They should have let hasselblad do their thing with the camera instead of just using their name to get more sold. Slot of time I take a picture just to find out later that it didn't take the picture or it's so smudged that you can't see anything. This is my last OnePlus. THE SHOULD CHANGE THEIR NAME TO ONE-MINUS

Lagging problem many time in my phone....last 2 month.....I was following all the things as your supervisor said reset process...But it will not work...I am middle class person, How we can buy mobile for our dream, facing EMI THEN we getting bogus phone very disappointed

To One Plus CS, save your time in cutting and pasting the same responses to these reviews. It demonstrates you are full of crap.Here is my response to their email about replacing my phone that was damaged on receipt...Listen how messed up that is. In order to replace the device, I have to send it back without receiving a replacement. You are telling me I am supposed to borrow a phone from friends or family when I spent over $800 for a brand new phone? While if I bought it from a store, they would replace it right there. This is a violation of the terms of purchase. I will document and report to the Federal Trade Commission as necessary. When I ordered the phone I selected trade in. Make sure to send me the return packaging so I can get my money for the trade inI am done with this nonsense and I will never buy another one plus phone again. OnePlus 9 Pro is the worst phone

I recently received the OnePlus 9 Pro as a Christmas present. I have to say, I actually believe it is the worst phone I have ever used. Points below:- The battery drain is horrifying- I also have the OnePlus Nord and I can barely tell the difference? Just that there's a £500 difference- The WiFi is awful, it does not get 5g as claimed. My OnePlus Nord does?!- The reception is awful- It struggles to stay connected to my laptop (which is about 30 cm away)Needless to say, I will be returning it.

I have very bad experience with oneplus company as I have face screen issue with my Led TV after that I submit a query with oneplus customer care and they give me the time period of 10 days to resolve after ten days I contact with customer care again they give 10 days time period to resolve now it is more than 65 days still my query not solved it is scam they are looting money it is a worst company that I ever seen OnePlus

I got very disappointed with OnePlus…

The feedback from OnePlus is completelynonsense, even after explaining all the things they trying to make us fool and waste our time by giving such comments... so people don't believe such comments from them because they won't do anything favor/positive for the customers at any cost....I got very disappointed with OnePlus service centre and customer care support... OnePlus aren’t even deserving of a 1 star review. Do NOT buy a OnePlus device especially the one plus nord! I purchased OnePlus nord phone and immediately noticed a fault with the heating and low performance and same issue has been noticed by my friend who also using one plus nord but didn,t realize it is the issue with only this device so didn't take any action on it even I was having the warranty and insurance for first one year. The days go and I had issue with mobile rebooting happened automatically while the whatsapp backup is running and after that I was not able to switch on my device hence visited the OnePlus  service centre which is in VR mall chennai they took my device said that needed to go for repair which is require only software update and doesn't have any other issue and asked us to comeback after few hours.  When we received message from service centre to collect my device that time they were telling that the mother board has gone and we need to replace it and mobile state come to Qualcomm crash dump mode but this information was not there in my device while I submitted the device with them. So I contacted OnePlus customer care support with the above mentioned information and they said that my case(211215005122) has been escalated with service centre by the higher official and confirmed me that this service will be done for free of charge through call and asked me to submit the device in same service centre, it's been a week my mobile is with the service centre. Customer care support told me that they will update me with resolution through call or email when I used to contact them so often in daily basis for the past 15 days but finally they told me that even the mistake happened with service centre you need to pay charge for the service that is only the resolution they mentioned. This is really inferior shoddy workmanship of both service centre and customer care support and Completely mislead by OnePlus customer service as they giving wrong commitments with customer!

Yeah Oneplus is a total joke

Yeah Oneplus is a total joke. I ordered a device on the 27th midday when they still had their devices in stock, as of today though they issued a refund due to a restocking error on their part. Customer service was no help at all. Basically keep ranting out the same baseless information, they didn't address anything that I said. We will see what Paypal does, probably nothing, but just some more salt to add the wound of Oneplus CS experiences.There is a reason that Oneplus CS is blatantly known across the Internet as the scourge of existence in the realm of CS, because it is non-existent. Look, nothing against the representative but if CS is there as a service, the intent is to provide a service not waste people's time with a revolving door of "we understand, we will help" but to then be met with an unapologetic nope! Never properly answered the questions I had, just restated information that was already publicly known or provided with the description of the website. Will potentially revise if somehow this changes abruptly. Spend your time and money at that elsewhere; this just isn't it Chief.
