Bought OnePlus 13 camera blurred images

Bought OnePlus 13, phone seems fine but the main camera 1x images come out blurred! ... aparently it's a known bug and has been known for months. Phone reviews don't mention this but when you go looking for the issue it's on the forums and reddit... still unfixed, considering getting a refund now as this is a core feature.

Avoid this company at all costs. I placed an order for over £1,400 more than six weeks ago and still do not have the product or my money back. The way they operate is simple: every time a deadline approaches, they ask for something new so the process starts all over again. First it was an “investigation,” then they promised a resolution by a certain date, then silence. Next they asked for more forms, then a police report, always pretending it is the “final thing required.” I provided everything immediately, yet they keep moving the goalposts.This is not a mistake, it is a scam tactic. They drag things out endlessly in the hope that you will give up and forget. I am already in talks with Trading Standards about these scumbags, and I would advise anyone considering buying direct to save themselves the nightmare. Their Trustpilot rating of 1.6 stars says it all.

Complete shambles of a company

Complete shambles of a company. Mislabelled my new phone and sent it to wrong address. Sent email saying it had been delivered when it hadn't. Then sent another email saying I hade been charged even though the courier returned the original package back to them. Now I have to wait for 7 days or more for them to return my money. Buyers beware. Look at the multiple negative feedbacks this company has.

Terrible Product & Customer Care…

Terrible Product & Customer Care service. Purchased OnePlus 9 a few years ago and needed to be repaired twice because of a green line on the screen. The second time I sent the phone to be repaired with the same problem -> they requested additional charges for also replacing the case. I choose to not proceed with the repair because of this and requested to send back the damaged phone.A month later I received the phone back repaired (without my consent), including also a new case. Followed by a sequence of arrogant e-mails requesting that I pay their invoice.In good faith, I went ahead and paid the invoice, simply because they did repair the phone after all, even without my consent! I sent them a record of this with receipt from my bankA few weeks later, I’m being spammed again suggesting they now need to send me another invoice for this service. Never again!!

Good price, smooth experience.

I got a very good deal on Oneplus pad 3, 489.1€ dor the 16/512GB version plus stylo, and the keyboard for 84.5€. The delivery took 10 days and the products work as advertised.(I came to write a review, becaise people only write reviews for negative experiences)

I have always been a huge fan on OnePlus and am on my 5th or 6th. This year though, after the system update my OnePlus 10t has been bugging out, camera opening all the time, gemini constantly speaking and interrupting everything, which i can't remove, on/off button not working amongst other things. I have seen someone else who have experienced exactly the same problems... Am i supposed to just buy a new phone!?

Phone delivered damaged

Phone delivered damaged. One Plus refused to replace saying that claim wasn't made during 48 hours from delivery despite explaining that I was on holiday when the package was delivered. Had been a loyal customer for years but never again

Great phones, awful customer experience

Their phones are great but their customer support and replacement experience are plain and simple horrible. They had me waiting for 3 weeks for a simple replacement just to tell me they had no stock and that I would have to wait for a week or longer. This was a simple replacement by the way, not a repair. Just an awful experience.

Been trying all night to place an order…

Been trying all night to place an order on this damn website...Must have tried my credit card at least 10 times without success, despite the Bank informing me my card is fine.....Tried another card...No joy either....Also no success with PayPal....Tried logging into my account again without success....What a shame website...I'm beaten and cannot order!!!

Deceptive practices Ordered a Pad3

Ordered a Pad3. Website said delivery in a week. Charged my card that day and received an email from them saying order picked and shipped. One week later USPS has yet to get item. Tried contacting customer service- useless. Was given story about this is new release, etc. When I asked when I could REALLY expect my product rep gave me yesterday's date. Just checked their website, still lying to customers about lead time. Just deceptive- if they can engineer products and have a slick OS and a slick website they can have an accurate lead and shipping time
