Seen a oneplus tab 3 for sale 549. Key worker discount is 30%. As I am losing my sight stm. Though get a bigger tablet. Anyhow after yiu go through all the process od getting your work email registered to benefit from the discount . There is no discount. Its all a scam

I want to start by saying I was a huge fan of One Plus until this past Friday. After I was disappointed last year with a brand new Pixel I said I'll go for One Plus again. And I did. And I bought a bunch of phones and watches around the beginning of this year. The phones included two One Plus 13 and a 13R. One of the 13 phones (the one I have) started having software problems about two months ago, which I said will definitely go away (spoilers they didn't). Problems are that most apps I open take a LONG time to open, sometimes so long they time out and show errors. I never got mad because I still had the pixel to open those apps for me, so I was still happy. But then I thought, if I didn't have another phone and would be solely relying on this one, I wouldn't be happy. So I decided to contact customer service. A lady called Catalina advised me to "clear the cache" (which I always do by the way). Then to "factory reset" the phone, to which my reply was: "Ok but is this normal? Like would you want to spend £1k on a phone just to factory reset it half a year later...?" Of course her response was: "I'm sorry you are not satisfied with the performance of your device." Seriously OnePlus? I was literally looking to buy some tablets and earbuds but quite frankly if you only offer the "sort it yourself " kind of service then no thank you and never again.

Probably the worst support of all brands

Let's start off with what most of us know. The products are pretty good, until something goes wrong that is.Have had several phones from OnePlus without any issues, but when I bought the Watch 3 hell broke loose. It got water damaged after two months of use, without actually having it in water.They had a horrible service in Sweden that overcharged by 4x the price of the watch. I refused to pay.Then after two weeks discussions with OnePlus support, promising a 30% discount on a new watch, I have not received any help. They keep changing the things I have to do to get the 30% discount and today I've decided that I will never buy another product from them again.This is only due to the lack of support that they've shown. As a person that would recommend them before, I would suggest anyone reading this: go with something else. Or at least be ready to not have warranty on whatever you buy.Horrible, horrible support. Huge disappointment.

Oneplus 12, 4 months review

Had a Oneplus 12 now for 4 months and still wishing I'd stayed with Samsung, for a couple of reason:1. Direct dialling or texting widgets are the wrong size for maximising the use of your screen2. Screen mirroring on the 1+12 is not simple especially when sending to a Samsung TV, it needs to be one the same network, either Wifi or Bluetooth, why?3. The finger print sensor works about 40% of the time, no problem with my old S214. Samsung calendar and email were so intuitive, they can't be used as it's not a Samsung, the other apps I've tried are no here near intuitive5. I love the despign of the one with one exception, the camera sticking out so much and interfering with wireless charging, something to sort for the future6. Personal hotspot warns you ever time you use it that using it for too long cause...etc., ok I've got it but I use my phone as my internet7. The location tracking "Timeline" cannot be added to the home screen, why not?8. The location tracking is terrible, sometimes out by miles and every night it has me bedded down in a neighbours house?I'll give to the end of the year but it looks like I might be converting back.

Stay away from this brand

I purchased a One Plus 12 phone from Best Buy in Florida in Nov 2024. Recently I asked Att to unlock the phone being that I owned it outright. Att advised the Imei number was not valid and the phone could not be unlocked. Last week I changed carriers to Xfinity mobile and was again told the Imei number was not valid. As such I called One Plus and was advised to speak to the seller of the phone. I went to Best Buy and they too were unable to unlock the device. Fortunately the manager was helpful and allowed me to exchange the phone for a Samsung as I dare not buy another One Plus. The customer service at One Plus is nonexistent as they continue to cast the blame on both carriers. I have lodged a complaint with the BBB and with Best Buy urging them not to sell this brand.As good as the devices may be I would stay far away from this company. Hope this helps

Had to contact them re screen problem even though out of warranty and they arranged repair free of charge. Their response via their whatsapp chat very quick also.

This has been the most disappointing…

This has been the most disappointing customer experience I have ever had with a major brand. OnePlus may build decent hardware, but a company is only as good as its customer service — and in this area, OnePlus has completely failed.I purchased a OnePlus 13, and immediately after my purchase, the price dropped by $200. When I reached out to customer support to ask for a fair adjustment, they outright refused, hiding behind rigid policy instead of valuing their customer.This kind of treatment shows that OnePlus does not care about its customers once they’ve made the sale. I have never dealt with a company that showed so little regard for fairness or customer satisfaction.I will never recommend OnePlus to anyone, and I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing. The lack of accountability and disregard for customers is unacceptable and has permanently damaged my trust in this brand.
