Im not sure why companies use ontrac. They must be inexpensive, but they suck. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered, the date changed a couple of times and then it stopped updating. I contacted ontrac and they said something about not having the gate code blah blah, which didnt make sense because its a house without a gate. Then i called again and they had the audacity to say they never received the item from the seller HAH. That was an outright lie. I ended up getting refunded from the seller, but I think ontrac is stealing packages.
If there was a chance to leave no stars, I would. this is the worse shipping company I've ever dealt with. Theres no customer support assistance, other than "We are sorry for the inconvenience, but there's no updates". the package was supposed to arrive on June 19, the estimated arrival date just keeps moving forward without any updates on activity. If you have a chance to not use this company, AVOID it by all means!!!
I had to drive around looking for my package. The driver delivered it around the corner, down the street, at a completely different address. I'm glad they at least took a picture of the house it was delivered to. Some people are saying no picture is taken of the place it's delivered to.
On trac delivered a package to my home by dropping it in front of our gate. When the gate opened it crushed the package and damaged the gate. I have filed a complaint but now have to pay the gate company to repair the damage.
BEWARE!!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the absolute worst courier one could choose. I do not know WHY ADP is using this courier. We have had employees who were not paid for days because On Trac couldn't be reached or the courier provided false information about attempted deliveries. I have already requested that our company no longer use On Trac for delivery services.
I pre ordered a Nintendo Switch 2 from target and they sent it through ontrac . Package was never attempted it kept saying delayed on their website. When I asked for assistance they told my 2 days later that it was delivered at 11:30pm at night at a different zip code. Target was able to give a refund but i am never ordering online from target again because i don't ever wish to have deal with ontrac again.
