Nasty, sticky stuff all over my package

There was a sticky substance all over the box that was delivered on my porch. Maybe someone carelessly spilled pop all over and didn't bother to wipe it off? No note saying sorry. My first experience with them, as far as I know, and it wasn't good.

They suck! …

They left a heavy package in the middle of my driveway. The tracking says delivered to “front door”. Online chat is a bot. When you tell them it’s damaged they tell you to contact the shipper. They’re the shipper. They suck!

Delivered my package in an amazon locker and no code provided to me. Its an AMAZON locker. OnTrac should be more competent than that.

OnTrac chat "support" won't answer questions, ended my chat

OnTrac via chat today told me several times to "contact the seller" and ended the chat immediately with, "Thank you for allowing me to assist you today and thank you for contacting OnTrac. I appreciate your time." I barely got a word in! I am extremely worried about the whereabouts of my packages coming via this service and my ability to receive them without my providing further info. OnTrac has a terrible reputation, see Reddit. OnTrac so far is living up to their bad reputation.

Pathetic carrier

Zero stars. The worst shipping company I've ever dealt with. Zero real support, no phone contact, and no physical locations available to customers. They hold packages for two weeks, only to eventually lose them. I will never use this crap again. I do not recommend this incompetent, pathetic service to anyone.

Order broken en-route, used weather delay as excuse.

I ordered a water fountain to be delivered by Ontrac from Home Depot. Delivery date was set for Aug 1st, 2025. The tracking showed a "weather delay" on the package. I called Home Depot and they said they contacted the shipper and said it would arrive the next day. It did not. The status never changed. I called Home Depot again on Aug 4th, and the HD guy said, I bet this was shipped by Ontrac. He inferred the company has a dismal record. He called the warehouse at the last location scanned and a person was sent out to find the order. Well they damaged the shipment and did not deliver, but never indicated that on the tracking. Even a day later it just shows as delivery pending. Home Depot offered to ship another but with this company's dismal track record I passed. They have one job, and they are terrible at it.

Shows Delivered but Never Delivered

I placed an order at Levi's for my mom birthday because she loves those pants so they use ontrac, the ontrac tracking system wouldn't post any update from July 24th til Aug 1st. Next day Aug 2nd it shows it was delivered Aug 1st at 11:30 PM We have a security camera system and it does not show anything being delivered on Aug 1st. No proof of delivery nothing. They're either stealing the packages or who knows what's going on here

My packages were thrown and not…

My packages were thrown and not delivered to my door, and they were stolen. One package was thrown on the stairs at the entrance of the building, and a photo was taken claiming it was delivered. Another package was left in the hallway and photo was taking claiming it was delivered, where there are 100 apartments,no security, no office, and by the time I came home from work, it was gone. I don’t understand how anyone can just throw packages in a building with so many apartments instead of bringing them to the door. The worst company ever

OnTrac stalled my delivery for a week

OnTrac stalled my delivery for a week. I contacted them and after 3 separate conversations, they admitted they have no record of the packages location. So, lost. Then two days later, states delivered. Not to my address it wasn't. Through all of this I was in full contact with the seller. Kept getting pushed off by the person from Sand Cloud. Basically the latest response is, don't hold your breath. We have your money, package says delivered. Oh well, won't purchase anything from Sand Cloud or anyone that uses ontrac ever again. If OnTrac is the delivery service, I will immediately cancel my order. Customer service is non-existent. Service is absolutely pitiful. And not to mention, this isn't my 1st go around with InTrac. The have cause over a $400 loss from me due to completely bombing deliveries and companies not helping in any way.

Nightmare

Nightmare. They failed to deliver on time and then said they would not deliver at all because the goods were no longer fresh. Customer service was rude and useless.
