I bought 4 different items from Best Buy in the last 3 months and Best Buy uses Ontrac for delivery each and every time they were late 2 to 3 days their web tracker says it is out for delivery the tracking is never updated but it always says will be delivered today but just before it is supposed to be delivered you check for a update and it always say delayed I hate this delivery service. On two of the items I called BB headquarters and I don't know if BB ever did anything but I usually got my items within a day or two
Their delivery consistently delivers to the wrong house.They send a pic of the delivery, but they won't help if told it is the wrong house because I don't have a black front door. Now they say to contact the seller, but I don't remember who the seller was, as I have more than one delivery from On Trac! They can no longer help me, so I guess I lost whatever I bought!Since there are so many complaints, why don't we sue ONTRAC?
Friday I get a notification my package is out for delivery at 8:07 AM. I contacted them through text at 4PM "since that is the only option I found" to notify them we close at 5 and we are open M-F 8/5. 28 minutes of texting and I found out it would be here just before 6PM. We close the business and I wait in front of the door until 6PM. I go home and get a notification they tried to deliver at 6:17. I get an email Saturday morning it is out for delivery again. I come to the business and wait until 5 again. I got a notification that night the business was closed so they couldn't deliver the package. Sunday morning I got an email saying it was again loaded on the truck for delivery. I came to work and waited until 8PM. They never showed up.
Every single time I have a package shipped via OnTrac, there’s a problem. They cannot seem to find my address, despite the fact that every other delivery service (UPS, FedEx, USPS, Amazon) has zero issues. I always leave detailed delivery notes when I see it is coming from OnTrac, yet they repeatedly ignore them and put the package on hold for “address verification.”Their only customer service options are web chat or text — no phone number, no real accountability. My latest package has been “Out for Delivery” every day for a week, only to get held again for address verification. And every day, I have to repeat the same directions to a new agent. It's clear they don't read previous notes or care about resolving anything.I’ve started contacting companies that use OnTrac and letting them know I will no longer order from them as long as they continue to use this service. OnTrac is unreliable, unprofessional, and an absolute failure of a logistics provider. If your business values customer satisfaction, you should stop using them immediately.
They delivered to wrong house then I notified them and they did it again. I notified them one more time - sending pictures and then nothing. They say they deliver to door, but they left it in the yard by their gate, so the neighbor never even saw it. Total clowns.
OnTrac is highly a dishonest and unprofessional delivery company. I ordered three colognes from Frangrancenet.com . Unfortunately, Fragrancenet.com shipped my purchases with OnTrack . OnTrac workers opened my package and stole one Cologne . YVES Saint Laurent L'homme Spray 6.7 OZ. OnTrac workers are thieves. This is a very unreliable delivery company. Why do some businesses give packages to OnTrac for delviery still ???? I sincerely don't understand it.
It is a shame that negative isn't an option. I was notified in the early morning hours that Jenson USA used this Uber type delivery service for my shipment, knowing that OnTrac doesn't use the same drivers regularly I contacted them and gave them the gate code to our neighborhood. I did this at 4am and at noonish I was notified that my package was not delivered. Four days later, still no package and I tried reaching out to them. Wasting over an hour trying to communicate with them only to have them change my tracking to returned to sender. Do not use or spend money at companies that use these guys either (REI and Jenson USA). They have no number to call and their chat is a bot for at least 30 minutes of teh same questions being answered.
