Review Time
My last two deliveries have been marked as 'delivered' but I never received them! The first order was never delivered, and now my second order is also missing. I'm unsure if the delivery personnel are not checking the address numbers properly or if packages are being taken. I have a security camera, and in both instances, the packages were not left at my door.
So now it’s labeled as “undeliverable”? My package was previously marked as “out for delivery” until the service realized it was from a well-known retailer. They “lost” my package, sure. The address is accurate, accessible, and has never been a problem — but suddenly there was no attempt, no call, no knock, just vibes? Quite interesting. Very unprofessional. This company clearly lacks accountability and integrity. It seems this unreliable service has taken it. I wouldn’t trust them to deliver even a paper bag, let alone a paid package. Truly embarrassing.
The item was delivered, but the driver proceeded to turn around in my front yard during a rainstorm, damaging my lawn. I've made numerous attempts to reach out to the support team regarding this issue, but they have been unresponsive. I even have video evidence of them driving through the grass.
This service has been incredibly frustrating. I ordered a part that was supposed to arrive within six working days, as I needed it to complete a weekend job. After four days without any updates, I reached out to my supplier. It turned out the part hadn’t even shipped, and I was misled about its actual shipping status. Now, nine days later, I still don’t have the part, and they are saying it will take another two to three days. My customer is upset, and I’ve lost their business. I will definitely check with any future suppliers about their logistics before proceeding.
The experience has been terrible…I have consistently faced issues with this service since my first problem in 2022, and it continues with my latest issue today! I can’t understand why businesses would choose to work with them. They only end up providing false information about lost packages, placing blame on the customer, or incorrectly stating that delivery attempts were made.

I suspect someone at the facility might have taken it after seeing the reviews. Additionally, there's no customer service phone number available; communication is only through chat. The agents are quite rude and often disconnect when you ask about your package's whereabouts. I had hoped to rely on the service to deliver a Christmas present for my daughter, but they opted to use this unreliable shipping method. I'm uncertain if I will make future purchases.
I lost my cat due to the service's failure to deliver the medication prescribed by the vet. We reached out multiple times as the drivers ignored the delivery instructions. This morning, they marked the item as 'delivered' and backdated the delivery date. Their dishonesty has serious consequences for their customers. It's hard to believe they are still in business after such negligence. I am extremely frustrated with this service. Merry Christmas to us, I suppose.
This is by far the worst delivery service I have ever encountered. Their only communication option is chat, which is unhelpful. They showed no concern when a package containing a child's Apple Watch was stolen by their delivery personnel. The driver falsely claimed my address was incomplete while taking the box from the back to the front seat, where he opened it, removed the watch, and left, all of which was captured on video. They should be embarrassed. Terrible service! Terrible individuals!
