I had a delivery from FragranceNet.com and the driver usually comes early. When he arrived after 3 PM, he hurried and handed the package to the concierge. When I received the package (note I was in the lobby when he delivered it) and went upstairs, the perfume box, wrap and insert was in the box but the perfume was gone and the bottom of the delivery box was re-taped. The driver stole my package.
0 stars. OnTrac claims to have attempted to deliver my package, but required "address verification or access code." They had my address correct, it is mapped fine on GPS systems, and there is no access code. After attempting to verify my address with them for over a week (3 separate attempts), they returned my package to the sender half an hour after confirming with me that the package would be delivered to me the next business day. Either they are extremely disorganized and incompetent, or it is a malicious scheme. It's easy to have low prices when you're not actually doing your job!
If the company says they will deliver with Ontrac, don't order. They don't deliver, they then send a text saying they need additional information to deliver, which they don't, UPS and FedEx find it easily. They then start a ticket to investigate, they then tell you there will be an update on your delivery in two days. The order was supposed to be out in two days, four days later, no word on when they will deliver and no phone number to call. They are terrible.
We ordered directly from Levi’s and they unfortunately used OnTrac. Our previous experience with a vendor using OnTrac resulted in a package that never arrived and having to file a dispute with our credit card carrier. In this instance with Levi’s- OnTrac claimed to have attempted the delivery twice an hour apart and being at home- we never heard a knock, doorbell, and when checking security footage there was never anyone at our house. The next day they claimed to make a 3rd delivery attempt from a different city. To make things even more interesting- the tracking # given could not be recognized by their own system, and so even getting through their AI barrier to a human was impossible. Find out who the vendor you are purchasing uses, and if it is OnTrac- cancel the order unless they can move it to a different shipper. There is something definitely shady about this “company”.
The worst delivery company. They have put packages in all different locations at my house except where I have a designated package shelf. An experience I had years ago, when I worked at USPS, an Ontrac driver asked me to delivery the rest of his packages.
I shipped a handmade item from China. OnTrac was assigned as the final delivery carrier. The last update was “Delivered to local carrier” on June 29 in Mineola, NY. After 10 days of silence, it suddenly changed to “Unable to Locate Package.”As the sender, I contacted OnTrac repeatedly, requesting a proper internal investigation. Instead, they just marked it as “lost” without any explanation, scan logs, or further help. I now have to remake the item and send a replacement at my own expense. This kind of service is unacceptable — no accountability, no effort to recover the package, and zero communication. Terrible experience.
I would give this company a -1000 if it was allowed to go that far negative. I have spent a week, and 3 days, contacting this company, trying to locate my package. They did absolutely nothing!!! They were completely unhelpful, and since day two, they have been saying to contact the seller, the seller kept telling me to contact the shipper, So I have been stuck in a 16 hour 9 day long battle trying to find my items. I will never purchase from the seller Fabletics/yitty ever again. Going forward, if I see that a company uses them for shipping, I will immediately cancel my order.
Absolutely trash, poor excuse for a delivery company. Can't ever deliver my package or when you actually do deliver it you leave it at the wrong door at the apartments I live at. Can your lazy employees not read a simple apartment number? I never have this problem with Walmart, Amazon, FedEx, UPS, etc.. only OnTrac, ALWAYS with OnTrac. Might as well shut your company down if you can't even hire people to do their jobs correctly. I've never had one good OnTrac experience.
This is the worst experience. How is it hard to ship a package to my house from Walmart when I receive so many packages a day from other places with no issues! I don’t even like shopping at Walmart, but they had an exclusive line of seasonings that I wanted for my grilling needs. Two days in a row, I get a message saying it was undeliverable, but none of the cameras even show an attempt. Their “chat” service is a joke and it was more stressful to even attempt. I’ll never order from anyone who uses them again. Ever.
