Delivered to the wrong city, wrong house and it’s my responsibility to contact the seller even though it was your responsibility to ship correctly. I cringe anytime I see that a package is being shipped this way…awful company, terrible customer service and morons for drivers…use a GPS system, it’s 2025!
If your items are being shipped through this company don’t expect anything good. They don’t update tracking, their website always shows incorrect information. And if you contact support the will end conversation or will not give you any information on your order. They have the top worst service I ever had to deal with.
The worst service ever. I will never do business with anyone who uses this shipping service. Left my mini fridge in the driveway rather than bring it to the front door. Would not park in front of the house to unload. He parked between a neighbor 's house and mine. The mini fridge wasn't heavy but why leave it in the driveway for the world to see. When I opened it, rhe bottom was crushed. Even the seller wasn't helpful. That's rare for me.I had a notification from ebay about the delivery which of course showed my name and address. On this item, and another delivered later, had other people's names on my packageds i ordered. May not be their fault but the fact that they are absolutely unreachable unless you want to track something in the automated chat...just doesn't work for me. And the damage to the fridge, bottom crushed, don't know if it was shipped that way or damaged by these folks who left it in the driveway. Since you can't even report their laziness to anyone...they can be as lazy as they want i guess.
I hate this company so much. Today I was waiting for a package from Aletha (hip and neck pain relief tools) and first it said the package was delivered, then it said damaged, then it said contact sender, then it said that they did not deliver because of security concerns. This is the FIFTH package in 2025 that they have lost, or not delivered. Once I know that a company uses OnTrac, I will never use them again! I hate this place, I don’t understand how this is allowed to happen!
I have ordered from Ashley Stewart on four different times and never received my items. The first delivery he took a picture and by time I got to the package was not there. Second time took a picture of the package at the WRONG DOOR. Third time he never delivered I now have a camera in my window. Fourth time I had it delivered to my sisters house and she has a camera too. THE CRAZY PART OF THIS IS YOU CAN NOT GET A RESPONSE FROM OnTrac which should be called OffTrac. When I order online again if they are using OffTrac I will not place an order.
Everything was moving along fine, my package was in Oregon, Oh (about an hour away) and got maked as "delayed"for a couple of days. Then, for NO f#%*ing reason at all, it got marked "returned to sender"......and ZERO luck getting any answers from Ontrac!!!!! I need my stuff, paid for my stuff, but here I sit empty handed! WTF?!!!!
I ordered a perfume and I received the package but it was empty. I called the company to tell them what happened and they sent it again. Today, I saw the delivery driver drop the package off and I picked it up and it was empty again!
