Review Time
I had three packages on three different weeks and none of them were delivered. Not one. It sure looks like a Scam and the drivers are stealing. They aren’t employees, they are people with a driver’s license and a car. You’ll find the picture they take is not of your house. I was told the recurring issue is they pick a house close to the warehouse, snap a picture and then take the package. FedEx driver used to work there and said they don’t even ask the drivers about the missing packages at Ontrac. They simply want you to go right to the merchant. Merchant says it was delivered.
Received an email that package was delivered. Went outside when recieved and no package. Then checked doorbell camera and nothing was delivered at that time. What a joke. I sent in a request to customer service and their only answer was package was delivered. I will no longer buy from a company that uses them for delivery.
Never use this company again i was told to give my information then ontrac would deliver my mas cosmetics but that's wasn't true the deliver delivery had already since my package back to mac this is ridiculous I did all that for nothing. These delivery drivers are so lazy. I hope mac cosmetics doesn't use this company never again
Yikes! Sadly, all the negative reviews are on point. Not only was the tracking all over the place they delivered my package to the wrong house. They took a picture, but it wasn’t my door. My husband drove the next block over and found it. The house has the same house number as ours, but is on a different street. We really are not that hard to find. It would seem the company that I do business with has changed their delivery company to OnTrac in 2025. I’m willing to pay shipping costs to avoid having to deal with these people again.
They held on to my package for 9 days claiming it was delayed. Then updated stating it was delivered and I didn't receive anything. These people are liers and theives. They updated the package as delivered to shein and now I can't get a refund. I lost $130 because of ONTRAC .They are the worse!!!!!
OnTrac, following a pattern of behavior that is all over these reviews, lied, claiming to have delivered a package that they did not. I am convinced their delivery person stole it, as I have proof no one came to our door when they allege they delivered it. Customer service claims they conducted an investigation, but I’m sure asking the thief if they stole the package yields excellent results. Ulta is sending a replacement but it’s also going out with OnTrac so time will tell if I receive it. This company needs to be shut down.
Terrible experience. Like so many other people, OnTrac left the package out in the open in Queens, NY. They didn’t bring to my apartment door or leave it in our buildings secure package room like every other currier does. My $700 package was stolen within minutes and OnTrac is denying any responsibility. After 2 months, Adidas and OnTrac have offer me a $25 gift card to compensate for their negligence. They are a joke.
