Absolute garbage company, something sketchy going on with the packages. Clearly the delivery people at Ontrac are just stealing everyone’s packages and claiming it’s because “severe whether impacted the area and there’s a delay.” It’s been 10 days now, still no update from customer service, with a daily update about the nonexistent “severe whether” from one city over where my package is stuck apparently… lol! This company is a joke, and retailers are just losing a ton of money for using them!
My packages are not being delivered but they are marked as delivered. Contacted the AI chatbot which couldn’t help me. Contact a live agent on chat who told me my package could not be found and to contact the seller and would not respond to my follow-up questions. Seller says it’s marked as delivered. This company is a total scam stealing people’s packages
Ordered an item from Walmart. For whatever reason they used OnTrac. The delivery "proof" (photo) OnTrac provided clearly does not match my entryway. Either the driver can't read shipping labels or use GPS or just wanted to empty the truck so they could finish their shift.Update:About 2 weeks after OnTrac claimed they delivered the package, the merchandise actually showed up at my door. It appears to be the original package rather than a reship from Walmart. There's not much on the package indicating where it has been and the package is not talking.
Horrible company. Previously Lasership and now merged with OnTrac. They mark the packages as delivered but the package is nowhere to be found. Fraudulent drivers who blatantly lie about deliveries.I urge people to report them to FTC as well as AG office. The amount of fraud here is unprecedented.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Not sure why Zara continues to use them as a delivery service. They claim to have delivered my package at 11:30pm however provided no proof and of course you can't contact them nor speak to anyone. Who so called "delivers" a package at 11:30 at night and leaves it outside? UNACCEPTABLE AND THEY REFUSE TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY. Opened up a BBB case.
OnTrac was supposed to deliver an order I placed for $155.00 on July 14th 2025. However, the item was delivered to the wrong address which was/is easily proven by a picture their delivery driver took showing the incorrect door for the incorrect house. On top of this the package also required a signature. This can also prove the item was delivered to the wrong location as either a signature was never obtained or someone else’s was which can be compared to my actual signature. After submitting a support ticket I received an automated response to wait two business days to give them a chance to "investigate" the issue. on July 16, 2025 I received an updated email claiming that their "investigation" was concluded and that the item was delivered. I replayed by sending them a screenshot of the door in which their delivery person took and my house/door (the correct address). No response has been given since.OnTrac used the two business days to buy time to wash their hands and cover up their error. Failing to take responsibility. This is mail fraud as the company is/has " devised a plan to deceive or cheat someone out of money or property."
I ordered a pair of glasses from Warby Parker and OnTrac lost them. OnTrac's response was merely "thank you for your inquiry regarding 1LSCXM150096828. Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm control of your package at this time. Due to the unconfirmed status, please contact your Seller for further assistance." Received this after contacting Warby Parker and OnTrac numerous times where they told me to "wait" for my order even though the delivery date kept shifting to the right. I now see why OnTrac has a one-star rating. Not sure why Warby Parker uses them.
