If I could give 0 stars, I would. I got repeated messages asking me for an access code to enter my neighborhood but we don’t have one. I tried to chat with a rep and they said they needed an updated address, I update it and they say they can’t change it. I contact the company I ordered from and they say they can’t give me a refund or cancel my order. I’m at a loss for $70 and can’t get a single person to actually speak with.
i dont understand how they are still in business. ive demanded the store i ordered from to not use them with my orders. constant lies. my guess is to fudge their success rates. the stores i order from are complicit too. they would say they delivered when they hadnt, the stores would say to give them 5 days. or they would say they couldnt deliver for the dumbest reasons like no gate access when you dont even have a gate, or closed business when its a home. this is probably the 5th time ive delt with such incompetence within the span of like 6 months.
Ordered something from Walmart and it said it was delivered but the picture was not even my house. Walmart pulled up past deliveries and confirmed it was not my house and did a refund. This company Lasership/Ontrac as they are one in the same is horrible this is not the 1st time this has happened .I even told Walmart to make a note on my account that if this company is going to be used to just cancel the order. If you ask what company is going to be used they wont tell you as they dont know who its going to get assigned to. I cannot for the life of me figure out how this company is still in business or even more over why big companies keep using them.
Worst incompetent and unreliable company. Several times packages were NOT delivered to our house. They share a photo "proof of delivery" in the tracking link BUT the photo is a completely different house/door. We never received the package and OnTrac did not resolve issue. Told us to reach out to the Seller. However, the tracking link they provided states it was delivered. So how do you prove that to the Seller and now its more headache and issues for the customer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.
Hope you don’t want your items because I guarantee you won’t get them. Had I known my most recent package would be delivered by them I wouldn’t have even wasted my time and money on something I’d never get. Customer service is nonexistent and even when you put down the most in detailed delivery instructions your package will either get stolen or given to the wrong person. Worst, I repeat WORST delivery service ever to exist and shouldn’t still be in operation.
Never ever ever get anything delivered with this stupid company. Probably the worst shipping company to ever do it. Absolute slack-jawed, troglodyte, neanderthal workers. Company will mark down that they received your package information but no package and then steal it from you. Absolutely abhorrent customer service, not a single human on the phone-line. If you have an order with them immediately cancel and refund it, you won't be receiving the package. If you do it will either be an empty box or broken beyond repair.
If i could give this company zero stars I would. I received a text saying that my package was not able to be delivered AFTER I had left clear instructions on where to leave the package. So I attempted to speak with someone HA! What a joke, why would i want to text with someone about my package. The number listed is always busy. They do not allow pick up because of a missed delivery, and there redelivery take 1-2 business days, when it was not even your fault that the delivery was missed. So i asked well does it even show an attempt was even made because i was at the address provided. They did not have an answer. This logistics company is the worst of the worst and their customer service is trash!!!!
Worst company I have ever dealt with. If a company uses Ontrac, we don’t get the package. They say it was delivered, but they don’t have pictures of the left package, and cameras show no delivery attempt. You have to avoid companies using Ontrac. It’s very suspicious that all these packages go missing. Theft is suspected as it’s predictable and systematic.
First they said there was not access to my house and there was not a secure area to leave my package. I do not live in a gated community nor do I have a gate on my driveway. They could have left it on my porch. Safe area, three houses on my street. The next day they said it was delivered and they took a picture of a gated home. It was not my house and it was delivered to a different town than I live in. When I contacted them, I was told to give them another 48 hours to deliver it.
