If I worked for OnTrac I would literally be to embarrassed to tell people, and I would just say I don’t work. I would also be looking for a new job, because there is no way they treat their employees well if this is how they treat customers. After this experience I will not be ordering from stores that use ontrac, they said there was a problem with my delivery after it has said that it was out for delivery the house is clearly marked, and the contents of my package 100% did not need to be signed for, and now I can’t even get in contact with anyone who works there to help find my package. Hopefully because they’re looking for new jobs -100/10 experience
If I could give this company a zero, I would. First, how can you have a shipping company with no phone number to talk to a real person there’s a phone number if you Google it, but you cannot get a representative. They don’t have them. You have to go on some automated chat, which gives you generic answers- what happens when you have a lost package? I’ll tell you what, you’re screwed. Horrible horrible company.
I gave a gate access code with the delivery instructions and left a note labeled “ontrac - please call xxxxx) on the gate itself. I came home to find my Home Depot microwave outside the gate on the street, where anyone could pick it up and walk off. Lazy and unprofessional delivery. Do not understand why Home Depot use them.
OnTrac is the worst delivery service in the world! They are so full of beans when saying, "We delivery 1.5 - 2 days faster than UPS or Fedex". They are slow, unresponsive and I think a 5 year old created their tracking platform. Businesses that use these liars better be ready to lose customers. No way am I buying from a company that uses these guys!
Worst delivery company i have ever worked for. They lost my package, the don't have a contact number to talk to a person. The only way to complain is a chat bot and it takes them two business days to reply to you (if they do). I wint buy anything again from a company that uses their delivery service
Thankfully I’ve got a camera on my porch to see the sheer laziness of the delivery driver. My “package” was an envelope that weighed less than a pound, it was scanned and tossed like a frisbee on my porch, a quick picture and she ran away. Fun fact, it weighs less than a pound and with wind gusts up to 10 miles per hour, guess where my package is? No seriously guess because it’s gone from my porch and nobody wants to claim responsibility from OnTrac.
Today was the first day that my Wild Pastures order was delivered by Ontrac. I live in an apartment building and typically it is left at my door or in a secure Parcel Pending box. Today my $300 box was left in the mail room for anybody to take. I happened to get off work early today, so checked the tracking and saw that it had been delivered; but had never been notified.
Repeatly they have delivered my packages to the wrong address. I have contacted them in the past regarding this problem. I have no control which company retailers chose to deliver their merchandise, however, when OnTac is used I know it will not be delivered to my address
