Not sure if there is a total breakdown in logistics or incompetent drivers, likely both, but this company is horrible. Four days late to deliver a package that is a modest couple.of miles from the facility. Noted multiple "attempts"; reality is there were no attempts. Better to pay the extra for a reputable service...
Never have had a good experience with ANY deliveries with this company.Can't follow delivery times for business hours.Doesn't handle with care or consideration of contents.Leaves packages in plain sight to be easily stolen. For example...leaving 2 boxes of bedding (mattress, sheets, pillows, and pillow cases) in the entrance of a driveway in the rain.
My wife ordered a total of 24 items from Shein on March 5, 2025. The items were party favors and other items for our daughter's birthday. The first red flag was that the package was sent to Chicago and then to Florida for it's final destination to Jamaica. When we checked the tracking# (D10016193954883) it said it was delivered on March 16, 2025 & was signed for by a Wilmer Panita. When we reached out to the shipping company in Florida, they informed us that: 1. The facility is closed on Sundays & there is a sign which instructs carriers to deliver packages the next business day; 2. There is no employee by the name of Wilmer Panita that works at the company. Now we are left scrambling because it's not possible to contact Ontrac & speak to an actual person, instead we have to use an online chat which provides canned responses. We would also have to file a claim which would take them 2 business days to investigate. We have not been able to do this yet as the website claims that it is their peak period for customer inquires so we will have to come back later. Absolutely disgusted & frustrated by the entire ordeal & would not recommend this company to ANYONE.
Literally the worst bs I ever have to deal with. They “attempted” to deliver my package but couldn’t enter the building. They didn’t even dial or used the screen at the entrance that has the delivery option to get in. Now I’ve been waiting for a few more days and they haven’t even tried to come back yet. Why do I have to wait so much longer just because someone is too lazy to do their job? I might need to postpone my trip because of this and it’s all very very upsetting. garbage service
SCAMMED FROM THEM AND IT SEEMS TO THE RECORDINGS THAT THEIR DELIVERY GUY STOLEN MY PACKAGE!I never received the shoes I bought from Columbia and Columbia and OnTrac have refused to provide me assistance! AVOID TO BUY FROM COLUMBIA AND FROM THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE, ONTRAC. I had an awful experience with Columbia and their delivery partner, OnTrac. My package was stolen due to their negligence, and despite providing clear evidence, their customer service refused to address the issue properly.Here’s what happened: 1. The OnTrac delivery driver never rang my doorbell or knocked—he simply left the package in an insecure location. 2. I received no notification of the delivery until 32 minutes later, by which time the package had already been stolen. 3. Surveillance footage shows a highly suspicious individual entering the building just minutes after the package was left. This person carried an empty red bag, went straight to the package without hesitation, and left with it. It is extremely concerning that someone could have prior knowledge of the delivery—this seems to be a scam. 4. I explicitly reported these suspicious events to both Columbia and OnTrac, pointing out that their delivery process might be compromised. They showed no concern whatsoever about the possibility that their own employee could be involved in fraudulent activity. 5. Columbia’s customer service has been beyond frustrating. Every time I contacted them—whether by chat or phone—they gave me the same prewritten responses and never fully addressed my concerns. To make matters worse, when they send their final response, they block you from replying, effectively shutting down the conversation without allowing you to contest their decision.6- OnTrac customer service never replied to me, not via mail, neither via call.I didn’t even ask for a refund—just a replacement package—but they refused to take any responsibility. Their lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer care is unacceptable.If you value your money and expect a reliable and trustworthy service, stay far away from Columbia and OnTrac. They clearly do not care about their customers. Avoid at all costs.

Ontrac has unreliable package tracking, lack of communication, and inconsistent information.My package was last scanned in Tennessee approximately three days ago. The tracking information available through the Ontrac website has not been updated since then. When I use the "track my package" feature on their website, the last known location remains Tennessee.However, when I utilize the Ontrac support chat bot and inquire about the package's status, I am provided with conflicting information. The bot states that the package arrived at my local Ontrac facility and is being prepared for delivery on today's date, the 16th. It also indicates that the package should be delivered today.This discrepancy in information is extremely frustrating. I have two entirely different locations and statuses for my package. I have received no notifications or updates regarding my delivery, despite signing up for text alerts.I attempted to contact Ontrac customer service to clarify the situation and obtain accurate information about my package's whereabouts and estimated delivery time. My initial attempt through the online chat resulted in a message stating that no agents were available. I then tried calling the provided phone number, but my calls went unanswered. Additionally, I followed the instructions to text "track my package" to the provided number, but I have yet to receive a response.It is now 6 PM on the day my package was supposedly scheduled for delivery, and I have received no further updates or my package. I am left with conflicting information and no clear understanding of where my package is or when it will be delivered.I am deeply dissatisfied with Ontrac's lack of transparency and communication. Their unreliable tracking system and unresponsive customer service have caused significant inconvenience and extreme frustration. Specially since I have been waiting for this package since I ordered it on the 5th and it is now the 16th.
A product was ordered from Adidas with an expected delivery date, but it never arrived on time. Even after a significant delay, the package was still missing. Upon contacting Adidas, they investigated with OnTrac and later confirmed that the package had been lost, leading to a refund.However, the next day, an email notification suddenly claimed that the package had been delivered at 11:30 PM—an unusually late time for a delivery. Upon checking, no package was actually received. OnTrac had previously informed Adidas customer support that the package was lost, yet later changed the delivery status. This raises serious concerns about transparency and reliability.
Never delivered any of my 2 orders. The first one was returned to the sender and I got a refund, but the second one just keeps switching back and forth between OnTrac distribution centers. I am pretty sure I will never receive it. I messaged them to just return it to the sender, and ordered my product on Amazon.
