Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, you have to jump through a bunch of hoops just to be able to talk to someone. I was suppose to receive my gaming monitor today when I received an email that my monitor was being sent back with no explanation. Come to find out from Bestbuy that my monitor was broken in transit. When I inquired about why it was being sent back, I was told by an Ontrac representative that it’s being returned to sender again with no explanation as to why. So if you want to wait days for a delivery just for your item to “break in transit” on the day of delivery then Ontrac is for you.

OnTrac has been incredibly dismissive and takes no accountability

OnTrac has been incredibly disappointing in service and communication. Package was "lost" for 4 days. Submitted a ticket. Nothing happened. No communication. I waited another two days. I spoke with a rep who said they'd open a ticket. 15 minutes later, go a response saying it's "not deliverable" and the can't "acknowledge control of the package. Their fix? "Sorry. Call your seller." I reached out to the seller, and asked if my replacement could be shipped through someone else. No dice. I'm not holding my breath that this replacement will ever make it to me either. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

THE WORST COMPANY ON THE PLANET

Same experience nearly every time a company chooses to use Ontrac. Last night it said item delivered and it wasn't. This is the second mess up within a week. On the other half of the same order they delivered the wrong item intended for another customer and I never did get my stuff.This company messes up over and over, and they never get here until after dark and then don't text or anything to say the package is delivered (and sitting outside).When you have a problem there's NO HELP AT ALL on their site. Their automated system is a maze to nowhere. When I clicked I had a problem last night and that it said item was delivered and it's nowhere to be found, all it said was Thank you. No way to resolve the issue. This company doesn't care, and I keep having to deal with Target and Warlmart so often, that after this "last straw" I told Warlmart to close my account and delete my credit card information.I am not going to put up with this when they know they have onging problems with this terrible company and yet (so far) keep using them.

I hate that vendors I buy from use this…

I hate that vendors I buy from use this service. My latest package left NJ and in two days, it reached Indianapolis. It has not sat in Indianapolis for 3 full days. I live 30 mins from Indy. I could have driven down there 3 days ago to retrieve. Zero communication. Would give zero stats if I could.

Walmart used this carrier to deliver a…

Walmart used this carrier to deliver a package i had ordered. Im watching the dude deliver my stuff to my back door on camera. He gets back in his car and instead of pulling out of my driveway he drives into my backyard and turns around in my backyard I kid you not! Driving over my septic tank line and I'm just in awwww. I've never seen anything like this in my life. Attorney time.

Simply Unreliable

It's clearly about how fast the packages can be delivered...even if the packages are delivered to the incorrect address.The delivery drivers don't take the time to follow instructions to make sure packages go to the right home.

Ontrac Runaround

This organization has been giving me the runaround on a package that was supposed to be delivered 4 days according to their tracking system...I have attempted several times since to contact them and find out why...they claim there is an issue in completing my delivery, but cannot provide me a reason as to what the issue is...I have contacted their online chat and I get more of the runaround...now the tracking says the package was supposed to be delivered yesterday...we'll that didn't happen...I still have not been given a clue about my package delivery date....unfortunately I didn't have any other options as this is coming from Nike...and they choose who delivers the package

They delivered to the wrong unit…

They delivered the package to the wrong apartment. Sent a delivery location picture that did not include he apt no....crucial in a building with 210 look-alike units. They were unable to assist in locating the package and said that I needed to contact the merchant. Very Very not good. Do not use their services!

Worst delivery service ever

Worst delivery service ever. My order was supposed to be delivered Feb.25. Got notice of “failed” delivery. Added instructions. Now supposed to have been delivered today and I can’t even see if it is “out for delivery “. Finally had a “chat” with company rep. My order still sitting in warehouse today and not out for delivery. No guarantee as to if they will ever deliver it!Update 03/02/2025: so today still no package. This time when I went to their chat the person I was chatting with apparently didn’t even research the whole history and just wrote back that the delivery was attempted and failed, obviously referring to 02/25/2015 which was the date of the first delivery. Then they tried starting from scratch! After “researching “ a little more came back with the standard 1-2 day delivery. I got them to refer my case to a higher authority who is supposed to call me within 24 hours. If you are ordering online and the delivery service is OnTrac take a pass and go somewhere else. I could have ordered the same item from Amazon and it would have been here a week ago!Update 03/03/20025: so asking to speak to a supervisor yesterday after being given the run around for nearly a week, I got a call today from OnTrac. They admitted they ost my package and are contacting the seller to authorize a refund. This really is a bad service! If you are buying online and the delivery company is OnTrac shop somewhere else or ask if they have an alternative delivery option. Still awaiting the refund of course!03/15/2025:Finally got my shoes by ordering them from Amazon. I hated to do it, but it was the only way to get them before I was wearing sandals! I would also point out that in some communications OnTrac is also referred to as Lasership! Watch out for either name.
