I would give them zero Stars. Worst shipping ever. How hard is it to get a package to its designated address? Let's send it to five different states and then reroute it and then hopefully you'll get it. I'm still waiting for my package after it was routed incorrectly. I thought USPS shipping was bad but this is sadly even worse.
I'm sure the reviews speak for themselves but lets add some context. Many people having issues most likely did not chose ontrac as a delivery method. It appears many large companies have decided to save a few dollars on lieu of good service. Ontrac's website, chat and updates are pretty much non existent. Chat agent says they cannot tell me where my package is and that I should contact the seller if it is not delivered on the next two days. So, not only have they lost my order, but they are washing thir hands of it all together. What an absolute joke.
This company is dishonest and their carriers steal packages. I ordered a package on which they stated was delivered. Package should contain multiple items but items were missing. You could tell the package had been opened and closed back. They are thieves and they lie about delivery attempts. If I see them as a delivery courier in the future I will cancel my order. They need to be shut down, and there is no way of speaking with anyone. Just some dumb a** robot who is no help. They direct you to the sender instead of addressing their fault in this. I will be taking my package to UPS having it weighed since what they state is the size and what it should actually be had all items been present. They know what they are doing and how to beat the system. That's why they direct you back to the merchant while they walk Scott free with your stolen good!
They lied about trying to deliver our packages. We were at home and have security cameras in the premises. All the times they would claim they attempted to deliver, no person or even a truck ever showed up. This company must be a front for something because we’ve had three different stores try and ship with Ontrac and every time we have issues with them simply not even attempting to deliver. SCAM.
My package left the shipping location at 10:30 AM it is now 6:08 PM and no delivery yet. It is 23 miles away, I could have walked to their ship point and back by now. This is the last time I will use this service for something that I need. I can see from the other posts that I'm not the only one unhappy with OnTrac delivery service (un-service)
Hate that I even have to give this company 1 star, because they deserve zero. The 3 times my husband and I have had them deliver to our house, they mark the packages as delivered, yet they have never come. We have cameras showing that. Not delivered to the wrong houses either as we talk to neighbors. I’m pretty sure their delivery drivers are stealing packages. My husband has had to dispute his charges with his bank, as you can’t get anyone to do anything for you from this company, and the website he ordered from stated they are the ones to go through. I wish I had an option when purchasing online to not have this company deliver my orders. As soon as I saw my package was arriving via OnTrac again, I was immediately nervous. And much to my surprise, my package claims to have been delivered at 6 o’clock last night, and once again is no where to be found. I even drove my neighborhood. This is insane. This company should be shut down.
OnTrac is the absolute worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered online and they used this terrible service. I’ve yet to receive my package and we are way past the delivery date. They have no updates and no one to talk to. Why is this even a company? And why is anybody using it? I would rather cancel my order and reorder using a reputable company that actually follows through with delivering packages on time or well I’d be happy with AT ALL at this point. I wish I could give them negative stars.
