Never received my package. Driver provided a photo and as soon as I saw it I said that’s not my apartment complex. Contacted company, they asked me to verify my address and confirm photo. I replied with a video of me walking out my door and showing a different hallway/door. (My door has a rug and decoration) they never followed up.
Truly the worst delivery company I have ever worked with. I’m not sure why they are still in business. Customer service is not helpful at all, the delivery drivers do not read instructions or even attempt deliveries at times, and there are no options to pick up a package (even though they don’t want to deliver it). Avoid them at all costs.
I placed a wallet through TJ Maxx on 2/11/2025, and was given a delivery date of 2/14/25. Then, when tracking was advised that the package was reouted incorrectly & this had been fixed & was on the way to me, now scheduled for delivery on 2/17. Again, no delivery & rerouted for delivery on 2/18. Package still no show & now there us a delivery exception fir 2/18-2/23. An additional 5 days! I called TJ Maxx CS and told them they could keep it ^ to credit my acct. It's not my job to chase their online items when they can't use a reputable delivery service. They told me that if I hadn't received the merchandise byb2/21, to call back on 2/22 to get credit. TOTAL ABOMINATION BY TJ MAXX! THEY NEED TO FIRE THIS DELIVERY SERVICE, IF YOU CAN CALL IT THAT!
Crews don't actually attempt deliveries. Customer service (chat) doesn't matter because the issues are never remedied. Probably the worst company I have ever experienced. I will no longer purchase from companies who use OnTrac as a delivery service, you won't get what you ordered anyway.
I'd give them 0 stars if I could. My package was not only delivered to the wrong apartment building, but also assigned to a random resident of that building. I opened a ticket and contacted OnTrac, was told that the driver would go back to get the package and redeliver it to the correct building (which is literally down the street). It has been a week, and I still haven't received it, and when I contacted Customer Support they said there's nothing they can do and the investigation is closed. Totally unprofessional and unreliable. I even tried retrieving the package myself, but I have a feeling someone stole it since you need a barcode to even open the locker. Someone got $200+ worth of free clothes, all because the OnTrac delivery driver didn't properly read the address or care enough to get it to the right person.
They should be called "OffTrac". How does my package go from preparing delivery (already two days behind), updates to out for delivery at 3PM in afternoon, then updates a couple hours later showing that its 1600miles away!? Makes no sense. Garbage Company, I would pay shipping just to avoid sellers from using this service. All the listed tracking events feel like all lies...
