If I could give a Zero I would!

If I could give a Zero I would!! I can’t believe a well known retailer like Nordstrom would use such an unreliable source of delivery! My package was routed to the wrong facility and everyday I get another estimated date for delivery! I could have just picked it up from the store had I known but they said it would be delivered the same day to my house as the store! That was two weeks ago and I can’t even buy it again because it’s the last one in my size!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I TRUST THIS COMPANY !!! Also, shame on Nordstrom for doing business with them in the first place! No wonder everyone buys from Amazon!!!

A BIG HEADACHE

just nowNewPLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!Hot Topic used them to deliver my package and they said they couldn't deliver it needed more info. I provided the info 3 times to them and package was not delivered. Today I'm working from home so I would know if they came by. THEY NEVER CAME TO MY HOUSE!! I've had no issues with FedEx, UPS, USPS, Amazon ect finding me but this company seems to have issues but they never even tried to come to my place.DO NOT USE

Too bad that you can't give a no star…

Too bad that you can't give a no star rating. Delivery was days late. Stated it was stalled due to weather. It was above 50 degrees and sunny. They don't have where you physically talk to someone, you can only chat. When I called them on their lie, they simply said it will get there when it does. I told my vendor, that if I order from them again and they tag this company for delivery, I will cancel the order. I would never elect to use this company.

Company employees stole my package then…

Company employees stole my package then a week later said it was delivered .it wasn't just a bunch of no good thieves and if you can avoid them do so I'll never go through this garbage company again

Awful experience

Awful experience. Their first attempt at delivering my package was odd. I was notified that the package couldn't be delivered (I've never had this issue before). They didn't try to text or contact me when this happened. I asked them to send it back out and days later I finally got a text saying my package had been delivered. I went to my package room immediately after receiving the text and there was no package to be found. The picture they provided wasn't even of the package!! It was only of the package room (some proof). I contacted their customer support chat and basically received a canned response ever after alerting them that the deliver person likely STOLE the package. They said they would add it to my file. They didn't even try to contact the driver or rectify the situation. Bad experience, stay away!

OntracHow can it say delivered on January 26th when it says it arrived at the Duhurm Ontrac facility? Yesterday at 6:34am . I am in need of my package please.Therefore it was never delivered or received. Ontrac has to do better at communicating with customers who are waiting to receive their packages in real time and actually have a customer service rep to speak with this is unacceptable. We don’t pay money for our packages to have them sitting in a warehouse to never be delivered or have your associates steal and keep packages for themselves. You have bad reviews for a reason I have NEVER had to deal with this from any other carrier service and if I did they had an actual customer service representative reach out to me to get the issue resolved . There also needs to be a requirement for delivery drives to provide proof of delivery with pictures with the CORRECT ADDRESS

No accountability on "attempted" delivery

They said they "attempted" a delivery. I texted back and forth with their support agent, who was rude and not helpful. She showed me the address that they had, and it was half an address. I checked my communications with the seller, and the seller emails showed the correct address. I texted the support agent this and she said that's not true and they were given the incorrect address?! The seller confirmed that they did have the correct address. So Ontrac screwed up typing in an address, and then lied.

OnTrac has horrible customer service…

OnTrac has horrible customer service and I wish companies would quit using them. Ordered from hot topic a while ago and after multiple delays they said the package was “delivered” and it was nowhere to be found. They basically said it was scanned as delivered so they wouldn’t do anything abt it so hot topic resent it and thankfully it made it the second time. Ordered from Barnes and noble and it’s already got a message that I need to update delivery instructions or verify address. Why? Idk but now it’s delayed three days if it’ll even come.

Worst delivery company

These people are the worst. I have never ever lost a package except those delivered by OnTrac. They said they delivered my package, uploaded the picture of the package but it was nowhere to be found! This happened on 1/28/25. My building management viewed the front door camera and sure enough the delivery person took the package! The merchant refunded me fully fortunately. Merchants should never use OnTrac for delivery!!!

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE

Going through hell with this joke of a business right now. They assume ZERO responsibility when they misdeliver a package!! They left someone else’s package on my doorstep on the day of my delivery so I knew I was screwed. I contacted them immediately and it seemed as though they were going to send the driver back to pick up that package asap, and I assumed they’d have mine for me…but NO. That was four days ago and the package still sits on my front porch and I have no package!!! For two days both tracking numbers showed as ‘out for delivery’. Then I got notice on the third day that my ‘package was delivered’! Really? WHERE??? I’ve contacted them probably 7 times, and ultimately they now tell me that my package does NOT show as misdelivered and that I need to contact the shipper! WHAT??? I’m so pissed and frustrated!!! What kind of joke IS this company??? I would NEVER choose this shipper if I had the choice!!!
