Apparently there is no way to leave a zero star but if I could I would. I just received a package from Australia that had to go through customs. It came in less than a week. OnTrac can't even get my address right. For the second time they can't find me and today I got a note saying my shoes from Vince Camuto were out for delivery in a town more than two hours away. Making a list of all companies who use OnTrac and I will never order anything else from them.
OnTrac still hasn't delivered my parcel today, maybe it will be here tomorrow.The last sports merch order I placed thru a different company, that order was late as well.OnTrac is notoriously bad and will be late often.If it was free shipping I may not have a right to complain much but it wasn't free.Terrible company, I wish Fanatics and Lids wouldn't use them anymore.One Star is too much for them.Update: OnTrac finally delivered, to the wrong address so my neighbor put it inside our fence
I used Chewy to order prescription medication for my cat. I didn't know they use OnTrac. On Thanksgiving day, while I was at home and very near the front door, I got a notification that there was an attempted delivery that failed and a text note: " Business closed. Please provide hours". Never mind that I'm at a residence, not a business. I had no doorbell camera notifications showing any attempted delivery either. A day later, no delivery so far. I contacted Chewy, who noted that the tracking number was no longer connected to the delivery (I had the same issue while trying to use OnTrac's website to track it). So the Chewy rep contacted OnTrac directly, and returned with the info that the pkg is out for delivery again today and they are instructed to call me if there's any issues this time. They also said they attempted to deliver it to the wrong address yesterday. We'll see if I ever get my prescription. I appreciate the help from the Chewy reps (the actual people who helped me, not the company as a whole), but very unhappy with OnTrac.
If i could give less than one star 1 would. My package was supposed to be delivered 11/19, instead it went to the Charlotte facility where it was lost. Each day from the 19th until the 24th I interacted with customer support and was told to check back in 2 days. This morning my tracking says "sorry we are unable to locate your package." How do you lose a 6ft christmas tree??
Ontrac lost my packageIt was received in Reno NV where it has "sat" since 11/16. After filing a lost item case, I received an email from OnTrac stating: " Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm control of your package at this time. Due to the unconfirmed status, please contact your Seller for further assistance.." Seller will not do anything until it is after the expected delivery date - which changes to the next day every day!!!! Today it says it is expected tomorrow while it still sits somewhere in Reno. I am in New York!!!
I live in an apartment building. To get in you have to ask someone at the front desk (right next to the gate) or call. I left instructions to this effect. They did not follow them and never delivered my package as a result.
