My package was clearly sent to the wrong address. I informed the company about this issue, but after their so-called 'investigation,' they concluded it was delivered correctly. Additionally, there's no phone support available; only an online virtual assistant. I strongly advise against using this logistics service.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE
Had I known the service utilized this shipping provider, I would have sought my needs elsewhere. My package is now more than 4 days overdue, and the status has not changed at all during this time. I'm beginning to doubt whether my package will arrive before the holidays, if it arrives at all. This is a terrible way for a company to spoil the festive season.

Terrible experience! They returned two packages to the sender, citing an 'incomplete' address. No attempt was made to reach me, and communication with the service is impossible. Their chatbot is worthless, promising email contact within 48 hours, yet nothing happened even after a week. There’s no phone number available for assistance. The retailer refunded me, but I now have to reorder at a much higher price. This service should be held accountable for the chaos and costs caused. Never again, and I hope reputable companies steer clear of them!
