if I could give them 1-star I would like most others. I order from Oldnavy/Gap often and several of my orders have been "delivered/handled" by this useless bunch of people! I have no idea if they are lazy, can't read English or just don't care because they get paid regardless. Sometimes I have my orders delivered to my office like around the holidays to avoid porch pirates in my neighborhood especially around the holidays, and each time I add my business hours (M-F / 8am-4pm), but time and time again the genius driver IGNORES it completely!!! They will attempt to deliver on a Sunday, or even as late as 10:55pm - like last night! And then they have the nerve to say that they only make 3 attempts and if they are unsuccessful, they will send the package back! Seriously!?!?! And their so called "customer service" is only available via chat so I have no idea if I am genuinely dealing with a human or some chatbot especially since AI is so advanced these days, my conversations with ChatGPT sound like I'm speaking to a human about 98% of the times. So again, I have no idea if I'm speaking to a human or a chatbot who is playing pretend human!At this point - and believe me I never thought these words would come out of my "mouth" - I have more faith in our USPS delivery people!!! Whenever Oldnavy/Gap ships to my home or office via UPS or USPS, i have ZERO issues!!! OnTrac is USELESS to say the least! I will probably stop ordering online with Oldnavy/Gap for this reason alone if I see that they are still using them - or just have it delivered to a store.
THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN!!!! If I could put a negative 10 I would. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR DELIVERIES. I gave them specific delivery instructions with the hours of our operations and they still delivered it 2.0 hour later and to the wrong address. I even went one step further and checked all the businesses on our road thinking they may have dropped it off at one of them but none of them have the same floor that is on the picture that they sent of proof of delivery When I contacted them they open up a case number and pretty much that all the done. 2 day later i get an email stating Thank you for reaching out to us regarding xxxx. Our delivery records indicate this package was delivered, but we understand you have claimed the package as not received. Our facility has completed the investigation. If the package has not yet been received, please contact your seller for further assistance. Please let us know if there is anything further we can do to assist. They literally put their screw up back on the seller. I say once again DO NOT DO BUSNIESS WITH THIS COMPANY.Thank you,
Contacted MULTIPLE times about how to deliver my package, left notes, and even spoke to a dispatcher. They never followed any insturctions and then cancelled my package and returned it to sender. Customer support is absolute trash and doesn't help a thing. Possibly one of the worst delivery services out there.
In less than 72 hours, two of their delivery drivers have made deliveries and when backing out of my driveway, backed into the grass and over sprinkler heads to turn around vs doing what a decent human would do and slowly just reversing down my driveway. Terrible service and terrible contractors. Bottom of the barrel.
Received notification of delivery. I have no idea who's house it was delivered to but the delivery picture sure wasn't mine. Absolute garbage company with no way of contacting besides an AI chat. Based on other reviews it makes you wonder why any company would ship with them. The worst of the worst.
OnTrac was supposed to deliver some electronics parts to my place of business. They tried to deliver on a Saturday - I have no idea if they attempted it and could not deliver because we're closed and secured for the weekend, or if they didn't even try. The delivery picture showed a dark office I didn't recognize, but that doesn't matter - my business is locked and secured on the weekend. OnTrac simply walked into a random business, dropped the package on the floor, and left. Fortunately, I was able to determine who it was by clues in the delivery picture. I called all the businesses in the area that I thought matched the artwork on the wall, and found it to be a local church / care home on a closed-end street that was built for this facility. They said they'd hold it for me and I just went and picked it up since it was only a few miles(!) away.OnTrac knows where my building is. They've thrown packages into the entryway before without bothering to read the big sign that says "PLEASE RING BELL FOR SERVICE," so they've at least been here. Did the delivery person try and just decide to go someplace else, or were they simply incompetent? I have no idea, but I hope I never have to use them again.I made sure to tell the other business that they should not use OnTrac for anything.12/1 edit: I've since found out that the mapping software that OnTrac (and SpeedX) is using is wrong. It's apparently pointing my address to a nearby church, instead of my place of business. I would assume then, that even the first parcel OnTrac "delivered" to my location was not actually delivered by them, but left there by someone at that church.
Package never came. Said they needed additional address info but my address is complete and I've received packages before from the same retailer at my address. I've talked to several people who are having issues and nothing gets resolved. I would like to give zero stars and get some resolution. Don't ship with Ontrac!
I would not even give them a star. They have the chat button but it’s just for show. They claim they delivered package but 1) my ring camera doesn’t show them at my door. 2) they don’t knock. 3) if person is lazy they will leave it in the lobby for all to grab. 4) can’t speak to customer service. Why are they still in business when they have careless people working for them is beyond my comprehension. How can I blame someone for taking my package when I don’t proof because they avoid my ring camera. Do they throw it to my door, take a pic and take the package back? Are my neighbors that I know for over 10years thieves? I can’t get any resolution from the company itself. Terrible customer service.
One star is too generous — zero would be more accurate.My package was lost with no explanation, and the delivery date kept changing almost daily. I was even given a “current” delivery date that had already passed.Customer service was completely useless — the live chat only repeated, “Contact the shipper,” even though you are the shipper. No real help, no accountability, no resolution.This company’s handling of packages and customer inquiries is absolutely unacceptable. I would never recommend using them.
