This company is a scam!!!! Driver left a photo of a “delivered” package that consistent of an awkward angel of my garage. I’m surprised big companies use this service to deliver their packages when they are the ones having to refund the money from stolen items. Unbelievable!!!
I ordered two things on Etsy at different times and through different companies, both packages that I ordered went through OnTrac and both got delivered to the wrong address. I guess fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice shame on me. I will never order anything on Etsy again because this OnTrac is an awful company.
I've had bad luck with OnTrac in the past (item lost), so when I learned that my overdue package was being fulfilled by OnTrac, I was concerned. Package was supposed to be delivered on 11/15, today is now 11/17, and no tracking updates since 11/15. After dealing with their stupid AI bot, trying to get a live chat agent, I was finally connected with a human. She said there was no information, and the last scan of my package was in Phoenix, and that "it might show up on its own in a few days." How can you run a shipping company without knowing where every single item is?
I’ve had a very negative experience with this delivery service. They delivered one of my Temu orders to the wrong door, and I never found the package. Today, I was supposed to receive a package from Sephora. I went outside immediately after getting the delivery notification, but the item wasn’t there. The delivery photo shows the box by my door, but it was nowhere to be found. I don’t have any neighbors nearby, and no one walks past my door.OnTrac support refused to investigate and just redirected me to the seller. In both cases, I’m grateful to Temu and Sephora for compensating me for the loss.I do not want my purchases shipped through OnTrac anymore.
Ignored delivery instructions with door code and my phone number and simply updated their tracking bot to say "unable to deliver no access code given" I tried to update, but only got stuck in a chat bot loop, no human able to help. No phone number to call. They are the worst and I'll never order anything from any business that uses them for delivery. So frustrating!
if I could give them 1-star I would like most others. I order from Oldnavy/Gap often and several of my orders have been "delivered/handled" by this useless bunch of people! I have no idea if they are lazy, can't read English or just don't care because they get paid regardless. Sometimes I have my orders delivered to my office like around the holidays to avoid porch pirates in my neighborhood especially around the holidays, and each time I add my business hours (M-F / 8am-4pm), but time and time again the genius driver IGNORES it completely!!! They will attempt to deliver on a Sunday, or even as late as 10:55pm - like last night! And then they have the nerve to say that they only make 3 attempts and if they are unsuccessful, they will send the package back! Seriously!?!?! And their so called "customer service" is only available via chat so I have no idea if I am genuinely dealing with a human or some chatbot especially since AI is so advanced these days, my conversations with ChatGPT sound like I'm speaking to a human about 98% of the times. So again, I have no idea if I'm speaking to a human or a chatbot who is playing pretend human!At this point - and believe me I never thought these words would come out of my "mouth" - I have more faith in our USPS delivery people!!! Whenever Oldnavy/Gap ships to my home or office via UPS or USPS, i have ZERO issues!!! OnTrac is USELESS to say the least! I will probably stop ordering online with Oldnavy/Gap for this reason alone if I see that they are still using them - or just have it delivered to a store.
