Despite multiple requests to leave packages at the door, this never occurs. The chat support is ineffective, if you manage to connect at all. A product I truly enjoy made a poor choice in partnering with this service. Regrettably, I had to cancel my subscription due to their shipping partner's issues.
I never received my package, even though it was marked as delivered. The tracking and updates were terrible. I've had multiple packages left under my mailbox on a very busy road, and I was fortunate to find them before they were stolen. If you see that this service is the shipper for your order, I recommend canceling it.

It feels like they might be stealing gifts as well.
