They claimed to have made three delivery attempts, but I was present for each one, and no attempts were made. I have video evidence. Now they're saying the address is incomplete, but it is correct. I will never shop anywhere that uses this service again.
Less than one star. On the day my package was delivered, it was raining. The driver threw the package out onto the driveway and into a puddle. Thankfully, I saw this in time to save it from getting soaked. Other delivery drivers always place packages on my covered porch, which is just a couple of steps away. Terrible service. Why does the retailer use this service?
Quite literally the single worst delivery company in existence. There is a house somewhere in Florida that has received a whole bunch of free stuff. I get a delivery photo of the same single family home front door with my package sitting at it despite having nothing to do with my address (no similar street names exist), and my address clearly listing an apartment number (the street name ONLY includes apartments). I have tried contacting them multiple times, leaving delivery instructions, filing complaints with retailers using them. At this point if a retailer uses this garbage company I will not shop with them anymore. So that's you Walmart and Chewy so far...
It snowed on Sunday significantly. Monday my package was out for delivery and then cancelled due to "weather". Ok, I can understand maybe you couldn't complete your route because the snow made the route take longer, but by then the roads were cleaned. Next day...nothing happened. I was told that my package will be delivered when it is "safe" to do so. This company's work ethic is a joke. It should've been delivered the next day. I will also stop using retailers that utilize this service.
Report them with the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, and the State Attorney General's Office. They have "lost" 3 packages in a row for me, they're marked as DELIVERED but never got to their destination. I'm sick of these shady people There are tons of complaints and bad comments on instagram, Facebook and other platforms. Idk why they are still on business and why big companies keep on hiring their shady "business”.
