I never had an issue with Ontrac until recently! Claimed my package was delivered. Never was delivered. Can only reach out to this company via email with no response. When they do decide to respond its not helpful either. Worst delivery company ever! The workers are to lazy to deliver the package to the actual apartment door. Instead they leave it in the lobby where it gets stolen. I don't understand why companies are still using Ontrac as their delivery option
If I could give them zero starts I would. I’ve also filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Theft of packages is rampant for this business. Especially from those business that mark their boxes, giving thieves within Ontrac’s company the opportunity to target certain packages, knowing that high dollar and sought after merchandise is in them. Their customer service is non-existent, no actual phone number to speak to someone, their chatbots are no use, and their social media accounts offer disingenuous copy/paste answers. Zero resolution to your issue.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience using OnTrac. My package was marked as delivered, but the only “proof” provided was a photo of someone’s finger and an address in a completely different city than what was listed on my shipping confirmation. When I requested the delivery address for verification, OnTrac refused to provide it.I am shocked that a reputable retailer like Macy’s continues to use this company. Because the package shows as “delivered,” Macy’s denied my claim—despite the fact that I contacted them five separate times. Neither OnTrac nor Macy’s has taken accountability, and I have been offered no refund for the Christmas gifts that were lost.This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would strongly caution others against relying on OnTrac for secure or accurate delivery.
Unfortunately, I’ve been using this service for 3 months — and it’s terrible.I send packages to Amazon warehouses, and every single time there’s some issue with the delivery.For comparison, UPS worked perfectly — in 3 years I never had a single problem.My rating is below one star — the worst service I’ve ever used.Not recommended! The customer support is also very poor.
I wish companies would stop wasting time and money using this company for shipping. They always deliver my packages to the wrong address and I can't get a human to help. AI bots tell you they can't help but will file a dispute. Just stick with shippers with a history of knowing how to deliver!
Had to complain as delivery was to another front door according to the image provided. Second time this has happened. Also had to reorder replacement of items from company and strongly suggested they not use this provider. Sent images of delivery front door and images of my front door reflecting my address. If company I order from uses this service, will change to another company. Either way delayed replacement and loss of items.
