I never received the pack … I contacted customer service and they said they can't help me. their couriers steal packages or leave them in front of the door of the parking lot which is accessible to all. worst experience ever had with delivery
Don't use OnTrac.I'm not going to buy from companies who ship with this service anymore. Id much rather go without or drive to a physical location. I live in an apartment where they constantly deliver to my neighbor who is ONE number off from me. Every time. It's really frustrating to have awful tracking only to find out these people can't read clearly posted, large mailbox style numbers that are literally on the door at eye level. If you can't tell the difference between 79 and 80 and it's been 10+ attempts you have some problems...
Whatever you do, run the other direction if you see Ontrac is going to be the delivery service. They are inept, deliver to the wrong address, and even with photographic proof, will still claim it was a successful delivery. Save yourself the headache; avoid them like the plague!
OnTrac is the worst delivery company I’ve ever dealt with. They use third-party drivers who don’t care about where they leave packages — they just drop them anywhere: on the street, in random spots, without any responsibility. My package was left in an unsafe place and disappeared. This company is completely unreliable and should not be trusted for deliveries.
Sephora uses OnTrac sometimes in my region for deliveries. They have never ONCE successfully delivered a package to me. They will make "attempted deliveries" while I'm home, and they clearly never even got out of the truck. They'll send "failed delivery" texts until the cows come home, and Sephora always ends up needing to replace the package. This business is terrible and provides no meaningful assistance in locating your packages or making deliveries.
Wish I could give zero stars. Everything I've ever ordered that has been shipped through OnTrac ends up disappearing in the Bermuda Triangle aka their warehouse in Maspeth, Queens. I get a tracking update every single day saying the expected delivery date has been pushed out by one day. Days pass, then weeks. The package never arrives. OnTrac "live chat" doesn't work so I file a ticket in their system, which promptly disappears into the void. I eventually contact the merchant and they send a replacement for my order via USPS or FedEx. The cycle continues. I hope OnTrac goes out of business. Absolutely garbage company.
This company is trash. I don't understand why retailers even use them. Everyday for a week I've received an email from Adidas saying my package is expected tomorrow. It's been sitting at it's facility in Memphis for seven days. A facility that's literally 9.1 miles from my house. ZERO STARS This has happened several times which prompted me to write this review.
not that they care or will improve, but they are so bad I feel compelled to write a review anyways. Stayed home to accept an important delivery. Ontrac tracking says it attempted delivery, but my doorbell never rang and I did not even leave for lunch. complete waste of my time.
