Shipley Branch Asda OpticiansI picked my new glasses up before Christmas 2024, a pair of varifocals for everyday use and prescription sunglasses. I found it difficult to get a clear, distant view. So I returned to the store in January. Taiba and Jeni understood my problem, though I didn't want them to think I was trying to get something for nothing. However, Taiba insisted, if I wasn't happy with my glasses, she would change the lenses. She wanted me to be satisfied with my glasses. The end result is new lenses in both everyday glasses and sunglasses. Taiba gave me the option of changing the frames of my everyday glasses, which is a huge gesture and a higher cost for Asda. Both Taiba and Jeni have been amazing throughout this process. Jeni took so much time and care when I picked my 'new' glasses up. I am so grateful to them both and I'd like to give them the credit they deserve.
Asda opticians Shipley - lots of frames to choose from, friendly staff and cheap prices. After a bad experience at specsavers with varifocals, I was very sceptical. However there was no need to worry, two pairs of varifocals later for less than £200, I couldn’t be happier.
