Complete scam!!! I ordered nearly £200 worth of items back in March and i have still not received anything, they are no help and do not reply to any emails, don’t waste your time with this scam company. *EDIT today is 10/09 and still no order and still no help from Opulent Vogue. They don’t give a damn they just want to your money!!!
Really cute pieces! However, shipping times may vary depending on your location—it took a month for mine to arrive, but it was definitely worth the wait. I’d recommend reaching out to their social media account for any updates—they reply instantly and are super sweet and caring!
I have never written a review on here but this company deserves it. Their customer service was amazing, constantly keeping me updated about my order. When Evri lost the parcel they chased it up for me so I wouldn’t have to and got my parcel to me safe and sound. The products themselves are fantastic! I have received so many compliments and am already scouring their website for my next purchases. I will definitely be ordering again.
