Awful company 😠I ordered a necklace with a "7SEVEN" increption for my daughter. After waiting for 26 days for it to arrive, I was disappointed. The letters were loose within the box containing the necklace, resulting in the necklace being tangled. Additionally, the clasp appeared to be the back of an earring rather than a proper clasp. Furthermore, the number '7' was missing from the order. I have emailed multiple times regarding these issues, but have not received a response. I am disappointed with the company's customer service. 😠
Ordered a bracelet for an Xmas gift on Nov 13th. All I have received is a notice that a shipping label has been created. Nothing else. As others have posted, I'm doubtful I will receive anything. Will give it a little bit more time, then will issue a chargeback.
I order a bracelet a month ago and delivery was to be 4-10 Dec. I have emailed 4 times since 8th Dec to ask for delivery update but have had no reply at all. The tracker number states "waiting updates from carrier" I have requested a refund but am not too hopeful. IDo not order from this company. I wonder if it is a scam.
I placed an order on the 8th December for a Christmas present it’s still not here!! It’s def coming from China and I thought it was a uk website. Going to dispute with my bank as I thought this was legitimate and def not. Scam!! Do not use!!
On 8th December, we ordered some jewelry for our daughter's Xmas present . The site said delivery would take 4-8 working days leaving plenty of time to receive this for Xmas. However, nothing arrived till 29 December so after Xmas. Wee contacted them on 22 December about this but got no reply. Our daughter had chosen the jewelry so was most upset when it was not there for Xmas. Finally heard back from them on the day goods were delivered stating it package had arrived but ignoring that it was late. I wrote to their customer service about this and have never heard back from anyone. So all is all, they did not hold on the delivery promise meaning our daughter did not have one of her main Xmas presents and their client service department just ignore emails!! Unprofessional, unreliable and poor service. The jewelry was fine but all else was substandard.
Awful company I ordered a bracelet for my niece on the 21/11/2025 still no bracelet and after reading the trust pilot I don’t think I will get it…. I’ve sent several emails no reply so will have to get credit company to cancel the payment also can’t leave a review on their website and the last reviews are from the summer!! Hopefully they will be taken off all social media including shop pay
I ordered over £100 worth of items over 2 weeks ago , sent endless mails no response from anything .. awful customer service .. the tracking number does not even exist.. when I look on line where the parcel is it shows a picture of a van ! Money taken no response or even goods delivered !
