Review Time
If i could give 0 stars i would. They claim its waterproof / tarnish free. My ring has discoloured after washing my hands twice. Its false advertisement and such a scam. How can i company have this many bad reviews. To too it off i send the costumer service team an email , i got 1 reply and not hear from them since. Its been over a week. This is unacceptable and not the costumer service you provide for clients who have spend money with you.
If I could rate 0 I would. DO NOT TRUST THIS BRAND. The bracelets are of shein quality at best (theirs are probably better). These are nothing other than scammers who send rubbish products and don’t reply to emails when they break the same day you receive them!
Waste of money and time. I contacted their customer service on 23rd June, to return some products as the hold on the two items did not match. I chased them for a reply and on 1st July they said they were investigating the matter. Did not acknowledge they I wanted to return the items. Since then I have contacted them on more than one occasion but have received no reply. Waste of money! Completely ridiculous!!!! So disappointed with them.
Scammers and the worst customer services ever. They do not respond to emails, do not care about their customers. Just money hungry thieves. I have been trying to contact them about a return of a faulty product for nearly 9 months now so I can have a refund. They refused to reply to alllllll my emails, messages etc. they refuse to resolve the issue. I’ve reached out on social media and been ignored too. Just absolutely disgusted by them! There is nothing good about them or their products.
I ordered some jewellery for my partner over a year ago now. She loved it, and it all stood the test of time.Now going for my second order I had some enquiries and customer service was super useful. Delivery to the UK was fast. I would certainly recommend them 👍🏻
Please be careful when ordering from this company. Their customer service is dreadful & delivery is very, very slow.When I finally got my items, one necklace was very poor. It was the initial Cuban choker. The links attached to the letters are at the bottom of the letters. This means that the weight of the letters are at the top. The first time I wore this necklace today it gave me problems in that every time I moved, the weight caused the letters to flip upside down. Also, the link attached to the ‘P’ is misshapen and does not lie flat like the other links. I contacted them but they have not got back to me at all
