Ordered an item in the 30/11 and not received. Tracking is bogus, timeline doesn’t make sense and the tracking number is invalid for the carrier they stated on the email.They do not respond to messages. My item was estimated to be here by the 10th Dec. Influencers working with this company should really do their homework as people trust them and buys products based on their recommendations only to be scammed.
Ordered for the first time as my daughter wanted a pair of earrings on 2/12/25. Eventually arrived on the 22/12 damaged. After several emails I eventually got a response saying that I need to return them within 14 days of delivery at my expense and that’s not guaranteed a refund. So will cost me more money to return them via courier as they want them completely tracked. I will not be paying for return postage to china for a faulty item they sent out. Have raised a dispute through my bank to get my funds cleared. Absolutely awful customer service and wish I had read the reviews here before hand. The only good reviews must have been paid for and not genuine. Avoid this company at all costs and take your money elsewhere. Agree with other reviewers stating it’s a scam. Update; opulent vogue are disputing my bank despite all the evidence I’ve provided to them with emails etc and how I still have the product and it hasn’t been returned and refunded. Absolutely shocking service from a clearly fraudulent company.
Updated - the items arrived on 21st december and we are very happy with the products - service and delivery shocking though.have changed the review from 1 to 3 starOrdered on 28th November - still not received. Emailed 3 times, no response.Spent over £100 - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE
I placed my order on 12th November 2025 and did not receive it until 1st December, what i received was not what i ordered. I emailed the email address from the website on 1st December, and also messaged via social media. I still had no response by the 5th December so re-emailed and used the contact us form from the website. I received and email response finally on the 10th December asking for photos of proof of the incorrect order, which i sent on the 10th and also messaged again via Tik Tok. I am still awaiting a response as to when they will send the correct item. The customer service is absolutely shocking!!
I would give them 0 zero stars if possible, they are scammers. I ordered gifts for my sisters Christmas presents on 27/11/2025, despite the delivery being due between 06/12/2025-13/12/2025 I still haven't received these items. The tracking number is no longer getting any updates and the last update was that the items were in the country but then they seem to have vanished.I have tried to contact the company via email and via TikTok both to no avail which is incredibly frustrating. I understand that delivery may take longer especially at this time of year but comminate that to the customer.I have started proceedings with my bank to retrieve the money for this order as the company have had plenty of time to respond and have chosen not. I have also reported their TikTok page for fraud as they are very clearly scammers
wish i could rate 0 stars absolute scam spent £100 on this and havnt received anything j have messaged them and had to reply back after sending them 20 messages it is a risk scam and they unit send stuff to influencers to get there company a good name but it is a total scam terrible customer services and i hope i can get my money back
