Order placed 27.10.25 and still not received. Shipping info never updates. Doesn't even confirm which courier so no way of checking. No response from customer services. When placed order shipping said 4-8 days. Wish I read reviews before purchasing. Would not recommend.
This company is definitely sketchy. Ordered 5 items and wanted to return 3 of them. The items were not good quality and even the items I have kept have already tarnished after a couple months, with the ring tarnishing immediately. I contacted them to start a return since they do not include return address and no company address online. They were not responding so I emailed again. They emailed me and said that today is the 14th day to return and so we cannot process the return. The policy they quoted is incorrect and not in compliance with UK law. The law is 14 day period to notify the company to return and then a further 14 days to return the item. They then ignored my next emails. Luckily I paid via credit card and Amex also confirmed that they were not following the law and refunded me. This has also happened to a couple people I know. I wouldn’t bother wasting your money on these items as they’re so cheap and not tarnish free like advertised. Terrible customer services and it’s not short from a scam. Definitely avoid and report this company!
I placed my 2nd order with Opulent Vogue on October 15th, and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. The first order was great along with a good quality item hence I wanted to purchase more. The website stated that delivery would take 4 to 7 days, but it’s now been several weeks with no updates or tracking informationI was charged £53.58 and despite sending multiple emails, and thru TikTok as well I have not received any response from their customer service. This experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this company, as communication and delivery seem completely unreliable. If the delivery times are longer be honest and we would wait but to be left totally in the dark and the ear were ordered for birthday presents is very poor service .
I wrote a review about my experience of this company. Only to get yet another useless response. And requesting I put my personal details on a response via trustpilot. No name of portal was provided by this company. They are a disgrace . If you’re reading this Opuent vogue. You have all the details via multiple emails.
I ordered a necklace for my daughter on 2nd November after she had seen them advertising. The item has never arrived. My initial emails went unanswered. An email where I called them a scam was answered and they responded a week ago saying the item was sent out. It is now 3rd December and still no item. I have reported them on TikTok and Instagram as scams as they are selling there too. Advertising as Opulent Jewels.s
