I made a purchase with them 2 weeks ago. 2 days later I received a notification saying my parcel was dispatched to royal mail. The delivery page said it should take 4 days to get to me. However, on my royal mail tracking it says the company has not sent it them, and they are waiting to get it. After seeing other reviews, I’m concerned I am being scammed and won’t receive my stuff. I spent nearly £100 and it is meant for a friend’s birthday.
I ordered from them over a month ago and even though delivery was said to take 2-7 buisness days, i’ve recieved nothing. Their website says my package was “delivered,” but I never got anything- no text, no pickup point, no post office slip. I’ve emailed them several times and still haven’t gotten a single reply. It’s honestly super disappointing. The site looks professional, but the way they handle orders feels sketchy since they take your money and disappear. I just want either my order or my refund, nothing complicated. Posting this so others don’t fall for it too. Be careful if you’re thinking about ordering from them.
I am incredibly frustrated with my experience ordering from Opulent Vogue. I placed an order for £50 worth of jewellery three weeks ago, with an expected delivery date this week. However, my order still hasn’t arrived.When I try to check my order status, the system keeps showing an error message telling me to “try again” - which is completely unhelpful when I’m trying to find out where my purchase is.I’ve made multiple attempts to contact the company through email and have sent several messages via their TikTok account, but I have received absolutely no response.At this point, I have no idea if my order is even being processed, if it’s lost, or if I’ve just wasted £50. For a company selling products online, basic communication and order tracking should be the bare minimum.I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from Opulent Vogue
Absolutely love opulent vogue not sure why there’s negative reviews I’ve had the best experience with them I’ve had several orders planning on more for Christmas , delivery wasn’t long but for the price you get and the most beautiful pieces , my best friend was in love with her gift absolutely love this brand
Absolutely awful. The package came late and only 2 of the 4 items were in there. Expensive and gutted as for my daughter’s birthday and she had recommended the company although never used before. Terrible customer service and still not rectified. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Honestly never known anything like it. They need to be reported and shut down
Beware — Still Haven’t Received My Order and No Response from OpulentVogueI am extremely disappointed with OpulentVogue Jewellery. I placed an order worth £51.65, and despite several attempts to contact the company, I still haven’t received my order.After my initial review of their poor service, the company responded, stating that they would resolve the issue if I provided my email address and order number, which I did immediately. However, since then, no one has replied or taken any action to send my order.This has been a very frustrating experience, and I now suspect that this company may be unreliable or even fraudulent. Please be careful before spending your money here. I feel completely let down and hope others don’t go through the same situation.
Still waiting months later for customer service to follow through with refund. Do not waste your money with this company its a scam. Customer service reply ask for information never reply start up new messages same thing complained on here asked to message same thing nothing!!!!!
I ordered from them in the past and received everything. Ordered again and received a message on my order stating: “Package Return, Reason: Security Check Issue.” Has anyone else experienced the same issue? I emailed a million times, but no answer. Also, send a message on TikTok, but no answer.
My order was scheduled to arrive by the end of June however, it is now mid-August, and I have still not received it.When I attempt to track the shipment, the tracking information indicates that it has expired. I initially reached out via email for an update but did not receive a response. I then contacted them through TikTok, where I was asked to provide my order number. Despite sharing this information, I have not received any follow-up. I sent an additional message requesting an update, but once again, there has been no reply.
