I love this service as I can go shopping without going to the shops and I get to try things that I wouldn't normally try. I often want to keep all the items!I am also so glad that Outfittery use royal mail as I have had a lot of issues with delivery by other couriers.I had just one issue with a box that didn't get returned so I was sent an invoice for the full amount, but this was resolved immediately.
They absolutely nailed it. I needed an outfit for a party and don’t enjoy shopping as I don’t have a great sense of style. The process couldn’t be easier and they suggested lovely items which I could adjust before shipping but I know some items need trying on before dismissing them so I left a few I wasn’t sure of to surprise me and it worked very well. I didn’t keep all of it but I ended up with a great outfit for the party and another couple of items I will love wearing on other occasions. Can’t wait for the next box to refresh my wardrobe.
I enjoy getting pieces of clothing to try on that I wouldn't necessary buy myself. Some pieces work some don't. Well worth a try if you miss shops like Debenhams where you had different brands to try on.
I used to be with Stitch Fix before they closed, so I thought I'd try Outfitters. Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed. It feels like no one pays attention to my preferences. The clothes sent are not my style at all. For example, I asked for dresses in my second box, but I received a bikini shawl, a dress, and a pair of random trainers. Now I'm trying to return but app says I haven't received my order yet . I received it 3 days ago. I won't be ordering again. It's a lot of hassle .
Lovely box of clothes and really smart packaging - I returned everything as I didn't see anything that really jumped out. I specifically said no ³/⁴ length sleeves and 2 items had them. Lovely pair of boots arrived but I already have them. Hoping for better result next box.
Loved the outfits chosen for me, match with what I like, sizes of everything were perfect and the stylist has done a much better job of picking a coherent and stylish outfit than I could ever manage myself. Some of the items were slightly over the budget I had set for them, but that's fine given how happy I am with the outfits.
I previously had to cancel my credit card because of this company sending me a box i didn't order (on the back of Stitch Fix going bust and selling them my details). Then i sent it back, they tried to claim i had kept items which i hadn't, then started sending me debt collection letters. Now, months later another box has landed on my door step. I suggest you arrange a collection as i haven't ordered it, and i am not going out of my way to organise another return, nor do you have any up to date credit card details. I've also had numerous order confirmation emails for boxes that have never arrived. Sort yourselves out!
