I have received a box from Outfittery with items missing. I have been charged for these items and have tried to contact them via email and phone but no response. Awful service, this is fraud and I am going to have to issue a section 75 with my credit card company to pursue this charge.
Fraudulent company. They took over stitchfix and without my permission took my details from a spreadsheet and send me a box of clothes that I didn't order to my old address where I've not stayed in for years. Then they tried to charge me £500 but because it's still pending I can't do anything until they take the money. Absolutely ridiculous situation! Not happy. Avoid at all cost
Avoid - useless, incompetent scammers. I received a box from which I kept one item of clothing. I returned the box in line with the instructions and within the time specified. I was subsequently charged for additional items that I had not kept totalling just over £400 which basically cleared out my account. What annoys me most is it is clearly sheer incompetence because the box I returned clearly arrived because my account suggests I returned some items. Just the person who processed this on their side didn't seem to notice the many other items I had returned and shouldn't be charged for. Worse still you can't call anyone - the number just says everyone is busy and then hangs up. I've submitted an online form requesting a refund with my proof of return and I'm yet to receive a response. Completely useless. Avoid at all costs.UPDATE: following the response, the customer service team have now been in touch to process the refund for the incorrectly charged items.
This company is acting in a fraudulent manner. I had an account with the previous Stitch Fix which has transferred all their client's details to this new company. They sent me an email asking me to activate my account, WHICH I NEVER DID, and then said they sent a box to a blank address and then charged me £400 without my authorization!! I never signed up or activated my account with them and never received anything whatsoever. Its disgraceful to act in this matter! I have contacted them and hope this is sorted soon. be very very aware of them,
I used (and loved) stitch fix. When they folded I got automatically signed up with this shower. They gave me a preview of a box and it was dreadful, so I cancelled. But they keep signing me up for new boxes. Eventually they gave me a voucher to apologies. I thought I’d try one box to see. It was largely crap so I sent the majority of it back. I have the tracking to show they got it. But they charged me for all the clothes. A bloody scam. Don’t touch with a barge pole.EDIT: re their reply - so far the resolution has not included offering me a single penny of my money (that they stole) back.
I cancelled an upcoming box months and advance. In the online website it shows us cancelled but then it said it was sent and delivered. The delivery driver threw the package outside a random house. When I talk to royal mail about it they said that the address on the package was wrong. I sent an email to outfittery explaining with screenshots of the royal mail convo that the package had apparently been delivered to the wrong address and I didn't have it and they agreed to freeze my payment until it got sorted. I wake up today 400 pounds down because they've charged me anyway even though I didn't order this package I didn't receive this package and they said they wouldn't. I've sent numerous emails to them and they just ignore them I think they're actually a scam company.I'm in the process of seeking legal advice, hopefully some justice can be brought to these scammers.
I posted a 1 star review on 1st June after receiving a box which I never ordered, from a company I did not know I signed up for. I was a Stitch Fix customer whose details were handed over without my consent. Maria from Outfittery eventually replied on the 3rd June, told me to refuse the box which was apparently on its way and I have in writing "we will immediately block your account so that no further communication with you takes place." Lo and behold, another box arrived today. Luckily I was at home and refused the box again, but there does not seem to be any way to stop this. My data was sold to Outfittery without my consent, I don't have a login to their website, I never placed an order, and I keep receiving boxes. This is completely illegal, unsolicited deliveries and a scam.
One star is too much.I go to this website to have a look, the next thing I know I have an order I did not place and an invoice for £800.Now I have to return something I did not ask for and hope that it gets back in time before they decide to charge me in full.Terrible business.
