Charged in full as unable to return

Like others started using this service post stitch fix. first box was received fine, kept one item, paid all ok. second box received in May, progress on my online account weeks behind so have waited patiently to return unwanted items, checking the site every week. today i have had the full fee debited without ever having the ability to return. UPDATE: as per the advice I was given below items were returned, but all my subsequent emails requesting a timescale for refund have been ignored.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, I didn’t receive a box, tried the Royal Mail Post Office who said they never actually received it and it must have gone back. Then a huge bill turns up! Contact number goes no where also. Don’t use

Shocking!!

Shocking!!! I never order anything from this company and now received this box. What would I do with this?? I'll contact trading standards as an investigation needs to be looked at for privacy reasons Don't ever even look or access this company's website this is a scam.

Shocking experience. Avoid at all costs

If I could give this company a less than one star then I would. I originally was signed up to Stitchfix, which I was happy with. When they ceased their operations, I had no idea that they sold my details onwards. All of a sudden out of the blue, I receive a box of unsolicited goods and a massive bill, all of which were sent to my old address. It took weeks of chasing to return some of the items and get a revised invoice. Now I’ve come to pay for the items I have decided to keep, the payment portal didn’t work, I have spent hours trying to contact customer care, but no one picks up and the calls keep getting cut and now my order has been passed to a collection agency. Again, attempts to contact customer care are ridiculous. Avoid this company at all costs!

Like the countless other people who had previously used Stitch-Fix (and which I had cancelled), suffering at the hands of this disgraceful company, I too am now left without a significant sum of money which has been taken from my bank account. At no point have I given any form of permission for Outfittery to have my bank details and take payments at unforeseen times Again, like everyone else, back in February '24 there were numerous spam-style emails in my work email address. I reported them as phishing. Then I opened one that seemed to indicate there was an invoice...They seemed to be planning to deliver a box of clothing (for the wrong size and gender!) and to my previous address from which I moved 18 months ago. I used their website contact form, emailed them several times and spent a great deal of time trying to call them on the phone (you are put on hold until it rings off telling you to call back, after 20 minutes). Eventually I spoke to someone there (Ilias) who assured me they would get the box back from my previous address and I requested that all my details be removed and fully cancelled.On Sunday 30th June, I noticed in my banking app the totally unexpected amount of almost £499.98 in pending. I contacted the bank immediately to have it reversed. I sent emails to Outfittery on 1st July and 2nd and tried to call them but with no answer. However, they have taken the payment again and I cannot describe what this has now caused.This company is an absolute disgrace and is actively causing financial hardship. I cannot understand how, in times of such strict regulations, this should have been able to happen. Claiming that there was an 'opt-out' in countless spam emails from a company whose name you have never heard of, is not enough.

Utterly terrible company

Utterly terrible company, fancy sending a box to somebody who didn't order it and try to charge £550! Had to take my time to send it back. Avoid.

Shocking business

Shocking business! I was a customer of Stitchfix who clearly sold client details to Outfittery. I have been send products without asking for them, payments taken without permission….attempts to cancel and complain fail. What a waste of personal time with banks and Outfittery to solve something that I never asked for. Appalling.

They charged me twice and still haven't…

They charged me twice and still haven't refunded me, even though they claim they have. Don't trust them. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and they won't apologise for their mistakes/issues/oversights. Terrible customer service when things don't go smoothly. Avoid like the plague!

We mailed our box back on 20 June and…

We mailed our box back on 20 June and then were charged the FULL amount of over 475 pounds on 22 June. I submitted numerous online inquiries including a picture of our post receipt. To date I have had ZERO reply. Likewise I have called the phone number and after sitting on hold for almost 20 minutes, the automated service hangs up on me. I have NO idea how to reach these people and want my money back!!

More of the same...

Again more of the same with my details sold from Sitch Fix. But now I've got a letter dated weeks ago (that I only JUST received) saying I didn't pay for 2 items in my last box and threatening to go to a collection agency. I paid the amount in full today to try to hopefully avoid this but anxious as there seems to be a problem with lack of communication. Apparently the update of my card didn't go through on the website and no one told me! And I thought I'd cancelled my subscription anyway!!
