This is a scam. Do not use this company. They have taken nearly £700 from my account for clothes returned before Christmas. Clothes that were poor quality, and bore no relation to what I asked for. I called to ask for help and they told me it’s Royal Mail’s fault. The agent I spoke to just kept talking over me and would not listen to my concerns. Just kept blaming Royal Mail.
I signed up to this service then changed my mind and cancelled it before any order was made or delivered. I noticed the company had taken £100 from my PayPal account but did not refund it this after I cancelled. I can’t work out how to contact them to request the refund.
I am so angry with outfittery, they have charged me for all items in the box when I only kept one and returned the rest, how can they get away with this? I don't know what to do next? I have emailed them and I just don't understand how this can happen? Has anybody had this happen to them and how did you prove what you returned. Many thanks in advance for advice x
Clothes are carefully packed and it feels like receiving a gift, admittedly one you have to pay for. The clothes are a really good quality and well chosen. It can be hard deciding which ones not to keep as I can't keep them all as it would be too expensive.
This company has made again a mistake. I did not order a BOX but they still decided to send and is not preparing to be shipped. I NEVER ordered a box and the last time they sent me a box I sent it back and they still charged me. Been weeks waiting for my money back. I DO NOT want this box to be sent ...I didn't requested a box. I want my account deleted immediately because seems like is the only way to stop receiving boxes that I'm not requesting.
