Sent me a box I never asked for (I too was a stitch fix customer, ignored outfittery emails as didn't recognise the company and thought they were spam), I returned except 1 item. Continually sent me an invoice for £400 despite numerous emails to them (their turnaround time on customer services is about 1 month). Sent me a correct invoice with no details on how to pay then referred me to a debt agency for £36! Luckily they had some sense and I settled through them without fees. Avoid this company like the plague
