This company got my personal information, including my bank details, without my consent. They have been constantly emailing me telling me I've ordered clothes from them when I haven't. They don't reply to emails or answer the phone number provided. It is impossible to get them to delete me from their database. I've read of a lot of people being sent items and then charged even though they also did not give this company their information. Apparently they bought Stitchfix's customers and their details from them in the UK, but this is extremely suspicious. Avoid at all costs.
Like many others have pointed out, they are billing for returned items. Despite confirmation from Royal Mail of delivery, they are attempting to charge me over £500 for items I didn't keep. Attempts to contact them have been futile, and I'm now dependent on PayPal to refund my money. This is utterly unacceptable and amounts to fraud! While the clothes may be cute, they're not worth this level of inconvenience!Edit: After I took this to social media, my money was finally returned.
Non existent customer service. I am hopeful that by leaving review I would possibly get a meaningful response.Like the other reviews here:(1) I have been charged for items that I have sent back and (2) I requested a returns label for an additional item by speaking with an agent 2 months ago. She advised that she would send the returns label the following day....it's been 2 months and 6 emails. No response. This has been an exasperating and stressful experience.
Trying and trying to get hold of outfittery. I kept two items and returned the rest with tracking number etc. Yet the full amount of over £200 was deducted from my card. I phoned them, filled in a form and was promised a refund by Victor. To date, no refund, all emails go unanswered, phone calls are useless, the latest message when you try and phone is that the staff are in training and can’t come to the phone. I shall be contacting my card provider, to report them and hope get my money back this way. I WOULD AVOID THESE GUYS. 😡😡😡
I’m having a nightmare with your company. I previously contacted your company and no one responds.I’m unable to make a return, the website is saying it hasn’t been delivered yet when it has. This is very stressful I have brand new twins and I want to get this sorted out. PLEASE help.
I have received an email from Outfiterry on the 23rd of February about my box with £467 worth of clothes arriving shortly and replied back same day to have my account deleted.Tried to return the items and can’t follow the whole process as I can’t access my account. The subscription was with Stichfix not Outfittery and that subscription doesn’t exist anymore and I have not signed up for another account. Will return these items with the return label provided and pray I don’t get charged! I will not be forced to keep them!
I love this service! So great to get have an experienced stylist to do all the work for you. One place, one shop - so convenient as I hate running around from one to shop to the other. Loved my box and the packaging, can't wait for my next order :)
Sent a box with 2 cheap items very overpriced. Invoice stated 3 items so emailed saying I didn't have the 1 item as it was missing from box. Got an immediate reply saying they have removed from order. 1 month later they took £60 from my account without warning and refusing to refund and ignoring all my emails to request the refund. Theft
