Received my box a few weeks ago, didn’t like anything in the box so packed everything up and returned the box, had confirmation that they received the box….then an email to say they’re taking £53 for a blouse I did not keep!!! Have emailed them and have received no response whatsoever, they’re absolute liars, and once I receive my refund, I will be cancelling my subscription for good.
ENSURE YOU PHOTOGRAPH AND DOCUMENT YOUR RETURNS WITH THIS COMPANY!I sent the box back and after hearing nothing from them for several weeks they have contacted to say an item is missing from the return.Absolute twaddle, as it's a printed t-shirt that I would never wear, so they got that selection wrong to start with.Anyway, as already stated, if you decide to deal with this company, then when you return the box, take a photo or video of yourself packing the box and then use their form to exit the contract.
If I could rate it 0 I would, and clearly this is the only way for the company to see messages. I was charged £74.98 for a jumper I sent back. Do not order from this website ever!Outfittery, you have taken the money out of my account, send me the item!! Stop sending me automated emails saying 'we will get back to you soon'. Send me the item, and close my account.
I am so disappointed after no real issues with Outfittery I have returned a box and now they are trying t charge me for an item I have returned. The reason I am writing this too is because it is near impossible how to find to contact them. I have sent a form into them but I did this before for a damaged box and had no real help so am now thinking if I am being treated this way I will not continue with them. I see there are only really negative reviews on here and I guess that's because its fine until it goes wrong and you need help!
I closed my account with Outfittery 2 years ago because of issues with quality and returns. Out of the blue I have now received emails telling me my next box is coming. I have sent two emails and submitted a contact form to ask Outfittery to please not send anything to me and make sure that the account is closed, but no response from them at all. Doesn’t seem to be possible to call them, really hoping that I won’t receive a box I never requested. The company seems to be totally chaotic, would not recommend.
Absolutely dreadful experience with this company. Received my first order last month, the clothes were of good quality but unfortunately not my style. When I went to return the order the online link did not work, I emailed the company explaining my situation and that I could not access my account but received nothing back. I was then charged the full amount £704 in which I contacted the company again and eventually received details on what I could do. They received my parcel back over 2 weeks ago now but I still haven’t been refunded. I have emailed the company multiple times trying to cancel my subscription and close my account as apparently my account does not exist on the website, but the reply I get tells me I have to do this via my account which I cannot access.I am still receiving emails saying that I will be receiving more parcels soon but I have no way of cancelling this. The whole process has just been so stressful. Definitely would not recommend!
I received a box of clothes on the 3rd December. I returned the entire box almost immediately on Tracking confirms it was delivered to one of their mailing hubs on the 7th December 2025. On the 31st December they debited my card with the total cost of the box - over £600. I’ve tried to contact them numerous times and despite getting a response that they were issuing me with a refund I still have received nothing and I am currently accruing interest on the amount on a credit card at 24.9%. This is totally unacceptable and the inability to be able to contact them directly is so frustrating.
